The service is horribly slow to get an order in...had to wait 20 minutes in line to find out they don't have the full Taco bell menu here and don't take the coupons we received! Asked closest full menu Taco Bell and the girl was clueless and unhelpful .Never going to try Taco Bell again with this level of treatment, taking my money elsewhere.

Ever since this store has been renovated this store doesn't have good chicken on a Tuesday. You guys have your special for $3.99 or $4.49 and all I get is 2 chicken thighs and no drumstick leg. This store never have the right chicken from your display on the window sometimes. Why bother put it up if you are not going to offer some people the chicken on a Tuesday. Since the Asian woman is working in there I don't think this store would live up to give some people of what they want on the KFC side. This store should be just Taco bell someday. The young woman forgot to give me my glass of cup with my 2 Taco Supreme combo.

This location is average. The staff are pretty nice but they get my orders wrong from all my visits. When I try to get a beef crunchy supreme, they give me a beef crunchy taco without me noticing. Food is pretty good, just need to stop getting orders wrong.

Stopped going here prior to their reno. Figured I would give it a shot since they re opened. BIG mistake. A real shame there isn't enough Taco Bell's around. It's funny how NOBODY responds to any of the comments. I guess even management and corporate know how bad this location really is.

The worst location I've ever been to in all of Ontario! Yum brands should revoke their license, as what they are serving is of neither KFC or Taco Bell item standards. A taco with 2 shreds of cheese and old tasting shell/wrap. A big crunch sandwich that has less than 2 x 2 inches of chicken, no toppings except a wad of sauce. So gross, I just spent $60 on food that I would consider inedible. Most staff we've encountered are less than pleasant, give a hard time when we ask for ketchup or hot sauce. I paid! Give me my condiments.I'm done with here. I'll take my business elsewhere.
