This banquet hall ruined my event. They lied about parking (rented it out on my event day, leaving guests stranded), gave white and black tablecloths, and forced unreasonable fees like $250 per staff member just to use their plates.Air conditioners failed, it was so hot . They lied about the capacity of the hall made the seats all clustered. Guest couldn’t move freely to get food.
Staff were unfriendly and dishonest. I would never recommend this place.
So if you want to get disappointed on your event day, best of luck! I wish I had listened. I’m still grateful for friends and family who had to park their cars far away and walked a distance just to ensure they were present for my event.

We stayed at the staybridge suites across the street on aug 10, 2025. The LW Banquet had an event and the music and bass was ridiculous. The motel was literally vibrating until 2am. Motel staff had informed customers they called police multiple times. I sincerely hope they are fined and licence to hold events is revoked. So disrespectful, they ruined so my many vacations and motel stays. Karma always collects!

We had a fantastic experience at LW Banquet and convention Centre ! The venue was beautiful and perfect for our event, but what truly made it exceptional was Zina. She was incredibly supportive, professional, and attentive to every detail from start to finish. Her warm personality and dedication made the planning process so easy, and everything ran smoothly on the day. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend—especially if you get to work with Zina!

Excellent place to hold events. It is a very great place, though the hall is a bit small but compact. The bathrooms were neat enough, but some things need to be upgraded there . The place is easily accessible on the road. The staff members are courteous and welcoming. They seemed to know their jobs, and they did it professionally.

Good location close to hwy owners makes up prices off the top of there head called 3 times got 3 different prices also they rent to the highest bidder
LW Banquet is an outstanding venue! It's easy to access, strategically located, and has plenty of parking. The hall is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for large events. The management is fantastic—professional and attentive. Highly recommend for any occasion!
