Their combo isn't very appealing, so I decided to choose my favorite seafood instead, and it's great that they slice it for us. I've noticed that their prices have increased quite a bit; it's costing around $100 here. However, overall, the seafood is quite fresh. Value wise, I'd say 3.5/5.
The fish is the freshest I’ve ever had and I’ve been eating sushi/sashimi for 20yrs! This is comparable to high end omakase restaurants. The flavour of the fish stood out too, sometimes I’ve had fresh but not flavourful fish at other places but here, you get both. The rice to fish ratio was perfect as well. The wasabi and ginger are real and also very yummy. I’ve been twice, looking forward to trying the Markham location.
First time to try their sushi, quality was so much better than those from the grocery stores! I will definitely return to try other sushi.
You can even buy fresh sashimi from their. They have a open kitchen, you can watch how the chefs making sushi! It's a takeaway store, no seating inside.
