First of all no proper parking, had to wait more than 20 minutes just to park that too across the street .
Ordered Parotta with Chicken Salna- Salna quantity was less . Asked If they can give extra for extra money obviously. They denied and mentioned they will provide only veg salna. Again insisted to another server , I'll pay extra for salna , Answer was same , no. Told them to check with Chef/Manager as i was wondering what's wrong with my ask . They told will give only veg salna for extra charge and not the salna of my choice . We didnt come a long way to eat on your terms . Biriyani was ok , but shrimp pieces felt stale and hard . Chicken 65 had too much color . Kids Dosa comes with default Ketchup (atleast tell us while ordering if we need certain items or not) To wash hands we need to head downstairs and the washroom is not tidy enough. Need to request couple of times for napkins as well . After the initial order nobody even bothered to ask if everything was ok. Clearly shows they dont care about customers at all . Place is a big no if you want to eat authentic Tamil food with good service. After owner response : what are you saying ? I know parking my problem . I said it’s difficult to find parking , is that not true ? What about the other complaints I made ? Any response to that or that is also my problem? And are you saying my restaurant my rules

Ordered ghee roast masala dosa. Asked for extra ghee but the dosa was soaked in oil( can’t smell ghee at all its was all oil). The service is slow so expect a wait time for taking the order and getting the food .
