Though the service was little slow , the food was delicious. Best place to eat south indian food. I would recommended to go when resturant is not too busy.

This place will likely shut down eventually because of their horrible customer service and inability to retain customers and provide consistent food. They will give you leftovers claiming it’s what you ordered, but you can tell it’s random bland leftovers they tried to revive. First time was fantastic, but as many of my friends and I have all individually experienced with this place, it’s so inconsistent and unfair.
If you’re charging these sort of prices, you better get it right consistently, stop trying to cut corners, and provide adequate customer service. For the overall experience from this place, nothing on that menu should be above $10.
The problem is it seems like a small family who’s good at making a few dishes with no formal business knowledge or the ability to adapt to business demands. They seem very stuck on their narrow views as you can tell from their replies to other customers’ concerns here.
Please enrol your staff into a proper customer service course and on how to ensure consistency with your food so you can save your business because financially, you’re going to burn it to the ground with how you conduct things right now.

I’ve tried this place three times and it just got worse each time. The first time we dined in and had a good experience. The second time we did take out and ordered the same items we had the first time and the food tasted different, particularly the chicken 65. It didn’t look or taste like what we had at the restaurant. The third time was today and everything was terrible. The mutton salna was full of oil with three pieces of mutton, we ordered bun parrota and they gave us regular parrota, and the masala teas were just disgusting. I called to let them know of the order mix up and the lady on the phone had zero accountability for their mix up. She had the audacity to tell me the ingredients were the same for both. Overall, very inconsistent and non existent customer service. There are much better South Indian restaurants in the east end!

My go to place for South Indian food. Haven’t had better South Indian food anywhere. Their chicken 65 , paneer dosa and podi idli are my favourites.
But on my last visit it was closed on a random Thursday no idea why.

One of the softest idlis I have had in long time. Good variety of side chutneys and sambhar. Podi masala dosa and uttapam also tasted good. Best filter coffee.
Service could be better, as restaurant seems to be understaffed during peak hours causing longer wait time.

Giving one star they can paste a paper saying they are on holiday but not update the maps. We came from far and it was closed. Never coming back for sure

WORST EXPERIENCE- If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered food for pickup — got mostly crumbs instead of proper chicken pieces. When I called to address the issue, the owner refused to speak to me directly and had the receptionist relay messages instead. He kept saying, “Stop bothering us” and told us to “talk to Uber” — even though this was a pickup order, not delivery. It was obvious he didn’t even know how the order was placed, which means he never actually looked into the matter.
When I said we would return the food and requested a refund, the owner’s response was to tell the receptionist to hang up the phone. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful.
The negative reviews about this restaurant must be legitimate since so many people are saying the same thing “ the owner refuses to directly speak to the customers and then accuses them in turn regarding their review”.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I have been a regular visitor to this place because the taste is exceptional. My last experience with them has ruined it so bad that I am never visiting this place again. The owners are very rude and they care the least for customer experience. I ordered Idli batter along with multiple other items in other same order. I opened the box which was in the fridge 2 days later and found that it had already turned bad. The next weekend I went there to have dinner with my family again. We paid the bill and requested to talk to owner about the batter. The owners made us wait for 15 minutes and finally decided to not even show up to talk. They lack basic human decency and no matter how good the food maybe they have lost one happy customer and will lose many more.
