Everything was pretty good, but it’s really strange that the self-order kiosk prints the machine number, and even though they call out the machine number when your order is ready, why not just use and call out the actual order number instead?

This is my very first time literally throw the whole cup in the trash after a sip... Disgusting… its not like I never had tenren before…
I ordered the Assam milk tea. Idk that did I drink… very weird taste… overcooked tapocia…

I bought two drinks, one is Assam milk tea with pearls and the other is Osmanthus Oolong milk tea as shown in the picture. Both cups taste like water. Why does Osmanthus Oolong milk tea taste the same as Assam milk tea? I don’t know if I made the wrong meal. Last year I came to Toronto to drink the delicious food from your store. This year I came to Toronto to buy it specifically. I don’t know why every cup tasted like water. I spent almost $8 for a cup of water🙄🙄Too much Outrageous

Popped in craving something refreshing and ended up with mixed feelings. The watermelon juice was Sweet and refreshing But…let’s talk about the service.
First off, my drink was served like it was in a hurry to leave the counter, barely sealed. I mean, I know the juice is eager to be enjoyed, but come on! I’d like it to stay in the cup, not all over my hands.
Now, I’m all about positive vibes, but the way the staff treated us? Not so sweet. It felt like we were more of a bother than customers who actually paid for their drinks. And no, we’re not here for freebies—just some good juice and decent service.
So, would I come back for that watermelon juice? Maybe. But I’d be crossing my fingers for a better attitude behind the counter. After all, good vibes make everything taste better!

Nice boba shop in the heart of Yorkdale’s main entrance. A nice green ambiance with two self checkout machines. They also have a real tea shop in the back.
I ordered a black sugar latte, which I imagine is meant to be a black sugar milk tea. It comes with tapioca and cream foam. The price, size, and wait time were not bad but I felt like it was much more sweet than it usually is at other stores.
Pretty big lineup at times tho, and they do not take Amex and it’s like “guys, it’s 2024, get with the program, daddy wants his points ?”
But other than that, decent spot!
