Kinda mid. Tried the pina colada milk tea which is one of their signature drinks and wasn't too impressed. The taste was ok and it was a little too foamy.

Everything was pretty good, but it’s really strange that the self-order kiosk prints the machine number, and even though they call out the machine number when your order is ready, why not just use and call out the actual order number instead?

I ordered the Assam milk tea. Idk that did I drink… very weird taste… overcooked tapocia…
I bought two drinks, one is Assam milk tea with pearls and the other is Osmanthus Oolong milk tea as shown in the picture. Both cups taste like water. Why does Osmanthus Oolong milk tea taste the same as Assam milk tea? I don’t know if I made the wrong meal. Last year I came to Toronto to drink the delicious food from your store. This year I came to Toronto to buy it specifically. I don’t know why every cup tasted like water. I spent almost $8 for a cup of water🙄🙄Too much Outrageous

Popped in craving something refreshing and ended up with mixed feelings. The watermelon juice was Sweet and refreshing But…let’s talk about the service.
First off, my drink was served like it was in a hurry to leave the counter, barely sealed. I mean, I know the juice is eager to be enjoyed, but come on! I’d like it to stay in the cup, not all over my hands.
Now, I’m all about positive vibes, but the way the staff treated us? Not so sweet. It felt like we were more of a bother than customers who actually paid for their drinks. And no, we’re not here for freebies—just some good juice and decent service.
So, would I come back for that watermelon juice? Maybe. But I’d be crossing my fingers for a better attitude behind the counter. After all, good vibes make everything taste better!
