I waited there for a few minutes and rang their bell at the counter a few times to see if anyone would come out and serve me. It was only about 540pm then. No one came out. I had to settle for another food vendor at the food court that actually had someone at the counter. After 15min I looked over at this place and there was finally someone there at the counter. Terrible business!!! Never again!!!

I was there and the woman that was helping me was really nice. She makes sure that I am okay with everything before proceeding with cooking my order. She even gave me a complimentary spring rolls. Great service.

Disgusting. I think you ran out of bean sprouts. A bed of horrible rice all clumped up with spinach, cabbage, carrots and itty bitty pieces of chicken. Never again!!

Iâm surprised at all the bad reviews - I guess it just shows you canât always trust online reviews⊠The food is delicious, good value and clean. I would recommend ordering in person rather than via app because itâs more personable and you arenât charged for extras (ie. extra teriyaki sauce). The owner is kind and generous - heâs given me extra food on occasions. It seems like a small family-owned business. If youâre kind and polite, youâll get the same treatment.

Worst ramen I've had. I went there for a quick soup fix. Their ramen is like more of like beef udon with miso soup as broth than an actual ramen. Never again. Disappointed.

I've been here a few dozen times. Lots of staff turnover, I noticed. Unclear why.Food quality was about average for the price until today.I got old chicken (smelled bad, texture stale) unclear on whether it's going to give me food poisoning yet as I threwit out, but I won't be going back.
