They keep refusing my small uber orders. What are you allergic to money or something?

Placed an online order. When I went in they informed me they no longer carried the item, to order something else … fine I did! But I had to pay for it then they would cancel the online one. Then they were not able to cancel the online one … and refused to refund the one I paid for in store … asked for a manager, and they were texting someone and going in the back for the next 15 min … I just left. Have reached out to head office, let’s see what happens.

Inconsistent protein in my orders. Been going here for years for my lunch. Noticing the prices are going up and the protein in my orders is Inconsistent. Either weight or measure the protein please.
Had the Beef Bento box and everything was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was very pleasant and I absolutely adored their wall with all the art of Ms.Suki and other anime characters! Love Teriyaki and will definitely be back again! :)

Agree with all the reviews about the portion being smaller. With less portion, less chicken in my teriyaki, having to pay extra for about table spoons of teriyaki sauce, no napkins and high price compared to the other teriyaki franchises, sorry to hear that I will never be back.

I remember back a few years ago in the good days this place was hopping at lunch time with real hibachi chefs. Those guys were awesome. Place now has really gone down hill. The staff are struggling to make a few orders at the same time. Portion and quality also way down. Won’t be back sorry.
Something must have changed, I’ve always enjoyed teriyaki in the past but now it’s far better quality.

I came in there on New Years Eve. 2 very nice young men were working hard there. Had a great quick conversation with them as well while I waited for the food. Food was good and the portion sizes were good too. I would definitely recommend this place!

Gross absolutely gross ...avoid this place. Food portions smaller than other teryaki franchises and Uber eats and skip orders undercooked and half assed with no effort ...that will by my last order here.
