This location has gone downhill. The place looks worn and cluttered. The prices keep going up. The new prices are posted in hand written fashion and not on the bright menus most patrons use to order. The food is bland, flavourless, colourless and came without a smile. The person who works there looks annoyed and tired. There are minimal vegetables and ordering the shrimp fried rice now gets you three shrimps instead of five. I finished my meal by the time the burnt spring roll was ready. I threw out the remainder of my meal along with the spring roll. Nothing positive here, unfortunately.

Very Disappointing experience, ordered pad thai chicken and it was very bland with no flavour..the chef does not look interested. I came before closing but chef informed me we are closing soon so I had to do takeout..this place is always dead for a reason and I know now why. The one near wonderland is the best one or Bathurst and rutherford.

Food has no flavor, but is has stale food flavor. Chef has no flavor or interest. Place is filthy. Worst $16 ever spent. Yonge and Finch is the better location.
You should change your hours of operation online. Showed up there yesterday and you were closed!!!!

I love Thai express,I come to this location all the time and only to find out (the 4th time) that they are closed during the day: HOW? No notice posted or anything. There is always something with this location.
You charged me over 16 Cdn dollars for some Basil Rice with Beef with not even one portion of beef in it. Over cooked and you're other customer asked for Hoi Sin sauce but he didn't even know what it's called.
This location should be shut down. Awful.

I purchased the general thai chicken tonight. My chicken was rancid. There was a lot of sweet sauce on the meat which covered up the rancid taste at first but unfortunately definitely rancid. I just hope I don't end up sick.

I asked for a Thairacha Chicken Fried rice. It’s a couple of dollars extra for the fried rice. When I got home it was white rice. I paid extra for something I didn’t get. Listen to the customers next time.

I ordered here for take out. Firstly the restaurant is very dirty inside. I had paid for extra sauce and when I got home it was extremely dry. I will not come back to this location. Save your money and go to the one at bathurst and Rutherford. Staff are friendly there and they actually give extra sauce when you pay.

First time trying Thai Express and it was a great experience. I asked the person behind the counter what their favourite meal was (Thai Stir Fry) and got that with beef. And a combo. It was the right amount of flavourful, and was cooked with a fire wok — giving it a nice aroma too.The roll was nice and crispy, pairing well with the plum sauce. It did run on the pricey side though for a takeout / fast food spot. For two combos it was $43, hence the star removal.
