The service is not bad, but what I give 1 star on is the food. I ordered a pad thai and it was very dry. Everytime I order a pad thai, it’s always dry and has a very strange taste to it. The pans they use are probably very old and are not cleaned properly, which is why their food may taste strange compared to the ones in the other brances. I hope they do better.

You probably read the review already and it is as bad as it sounds like. Service is ok. I don't have any issue with that. But the food is bad. My Pad Thai noodle is undercooked. Doesn't have any eggs or green onion in it. Tofu and beef pieces are small. I decided to give it a try since I go to the gym inside the mall here but probably won't go back for it

Today I ordered Thai red curry with shrimps, that's the worst Thai dish I ever in my life. I got full of rice potion with little curry. The curry made with big chunk of onion and green bell pepper only. There was no coconut flavor at all.

The rudest person who I have ever seen! I bought my meal and I paid money, after he asked me to pay for just two extra fork!! He increased his voice, I don’t recommend this restaurant, NEVER

There were hairs in my pho, chicken was undercooked. Terrible experience, will not be coming back.

they have a $10.50 ginger beef/chicken and rice combo that is literally the best thing in that food court
Tom yum soup was horrible. Mushy noodles with no broth or taste.
