Very slow service, I wish I had read the reviews ahead of time. There was one person in front of me so I chose this place to hopefully get my meal quickly. Unfortunately, it took 15 minutes, and there was no warning that there were many other/online orders ahead of me. Then when I got the food, it was very bland, not much taste for Thai food, not worth almost $20 meal.

Disgusting!! We ordered sweet and sour chicken and ı don’t even know what we got. The second ı opened the lid ı noticed something was off with the chicken. Smell was so bad ı could only eat one spoon literally!! Waste of money. This place seriously should be inspected! It’s not this easy to play with people’s health.

I usually enjoy their food.
But this time when I lineup to make an order, I was waiting in front of POS about 10mins and the male staff disregarded me without any greetings or telling me to wait a bit. He was only dealing with uber drivers whole time.
When finally he came to the POS, he told me it would be another 10mins to make food from now.
As I was also in customer service industry, I truly understand it is exhausting and overwhelming when you have in-store orders and delivery orders at the same time, I am very disappointed with this experience and can't recommend this location anymore.

THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL, I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STAR. I WENT THERE AND ASKED FOR THE SUNDAY DEAL WHICH INCLUDE A SPRING ROLL AND DRINK. THAT EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF TOLD ME THE MANAGER IS NOT HERE SO I CANT GIVE YOU DRINK AND SPRING ROLL, I SAID YOU ADVERTISE IT AND HE SAID NO, WHEN I ASK HIS NAME HE SAID NO NAME, ITS NOT THE MONEY REALLY BUT THIS GUY WHOEVER HE IS , BEHAVAVIOR IS NOT RIGHT,SO PLEASE DO NOT EAT THERE, I LOVED THAI EXPRESS BUT THIS HAS CHANGED MY MIND NOW THOUGH PERHAPS OTHER PLACES ARE MUCH NICER,IF U EVER GO ON A SUNDAY AND THAT RUDEST STAFF IS THERE, DO US A FAVOR AND YOURSELF A FAVOR, RUN

I love Thai express at other locations but this one is horrible. i ordered the chicken green curry and rice. The curry was smelling funny and the chicken tasted rotten. Would never recommend this place to anyone! Really disappointed!

Asked for lime and fountain drink, they said they have none. Pad Thai tasted like they added hot sauce, ketchup and hoisin sauce to make their pad Thai sauce. Chicken had a very gamey taste to it and the bean sprouts had an off flavour. Noodles looked like a different shape, a lot more thin. Seems like this franchisee doesn’t follow the rules and standards of a Franchise. Please look into it. Thanks.

Tom yum fried rice too oily.
Holy basil chicken rice too bad and too sweet and oily.
Overall not recommended .
VERY UNHEALTHY.

It was my go to place if i needed a take out. But recently my orders have been messed up.

There was a rubber band found in my rice. I raised a complaint with food safety and the investigated and found it came from a spring onion bunch. They said they ADVISED the restaurant to be careful.

I placed an order for a vegetarian fried rice and chicken tom yum soup. But i received vegetarian tom yum soup. Thought it was an one off order.

Ordered another soup in person and said very less noodles but they did the exact opposite.

This time placed an order from their App and i selected no basil. But basil was added in the rice. I called Thai express for a refund. After one hour wait and 6 transfers they said they cannot do it and sent me back to the store.

Please stay away from the place. Quality of food and service is pathetic.

Was just there today (Sat. April 26, 2025). Usually other Thai Expresses are great and usually get my order right. Not this store. Particulary today. Ordered General Green Curry with chicken. First off the vegetables were sparse, instead of chicken I got breaded chicken which I did not ask for, and this guy served it on old rice and it smelled of old fish sauce. Sorry I can't recommend this restaurant. Horrible experience.
