The cashier with glasses was extremely rude. She acted like I was bothering her just for placing an order, even though it’s literally her job. While making my drink, she was throwing things around like she was angry, didn’t say “thank you,” and didn’t even let me know my order was ready. I’ve been here many times and other staff is usually kind, but she wasn't at all. If you’re reading this, you probably know exactly who I am because you even gave me a dirty look as I walked out. Do better.

I ordered the Crunchy cocoa milktea which supposed to look likethe first photo. When I got my order and drove away from the store, my order was bland and tasted no cocoa flavour unlike the crunchy tiramisu. The server was a bit slow too and took 10 minutes to make 3 drinks. No sense of urgency even if there's only one customer. I wonder how they work during a rush.

New staff was not listening to my order. I asked for regular size and she repeated my order as large, and I told her I wanted regular. Bill came and she charged for large and had to tell her I wanted regular again. This was holding up the line. I also asked for 50% sugar and there was no sugar even though the sticker said 50% sugar. I was too far to go back by the time I realized this. I also saw the staff topping up the cup with just water if the tea did fill up the cup up…
Dear management at the North York Yonge Finch location, please train your Baristas to follow the same process for making drinks. My exact same drink order, made by two different barista 15 minutes apart taste different. One barista made it taste fantastic. The other drink taste like water. I also saw her adding in water to top off the drink twice.
Drinks should be made following the same consistent process, otherwise your store has a training and quality assurance issue.

The service was excellent! They told me the drink was fixed sugar so I acknowledged it. Then I made payment but forgot to get the points before transaction complete but the staff went out of her way to make sure I got points afterwards. The drink was also tastey. Overall really happy with the service and menu here!

I was in line with my doordash pick up. Some ass hole uber eats guy come and jumps in front of me. I told him I'm in line. The 2 employees saw all of this and still served him first.
