I ordered the Deerioca Ube Taro and was pleasantly surprised to find real ube instead of just flavoring which is exactly why I enjoyed it so much. The tapioca pearls were also perfectly done—soft, chewy, and fresh. I went during lunch time and the service was quick with no lineup or delays. Overall, a great experience and will be back again.

Ordered my drink with grass jelly only to come home and find out I didn't get any. Worker asked if I wanted any toppings, just to charge me more and not give me anything.
I also asked for regular size and she charged me for a large.
Never coming back to this scam 😂

I’ve purchased bubble tea here many times before, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered regular ice, yet none of the drinks had any ice at all. The tapioca pearls were hard and unpleasant, tasting like they had been left out for far too long, possibly overnight.
On top of that, the cup was not cleaned properly and felt sticky when I held it, which is unacceptable for a drink being served to customers. Considering the price, the quality is no longer worth it. This visit seriously lowered my impression of the store. Very disappointed

I used to like to drink The Alley. Last night I was excited to go back and bought a cup of Deerioca Fever Fresh Milk with Brown Sugar Pearls. I enjoyed it very much until I ate pearl, it seemed that it was a pearl yesterday because it was very hard. Not only 1 but the whole pearls are the same, feeling like I was chewing powder. OMG, the quality has really gone down!

Got the new strawberry yogurt mochi drink a couple days ago at this location. Right when I walked in, there was an unpleasant chemically/moldy smell. I should have turned around, but I really wanted to try this new drink. The mochi in the drink tasted heavily like the unpleasant smell 🤢. I tried the drink again at a different Alley location and it’s not supposed to taste moldy and weird. The drink from this other location was fantastic. I hope the owner and staff will increase the level of quality and standards here.

not worth 1 cent, because the demon slayer drink i ordered tasted soooooooo sweet that just looking at it is enough to get diabetes. Disgusting
