Worst location I’ve been to.Been here 3 times within 3 weeks, and disappointed every time.First visit: Deerioca matcha didn’t taste good, very bland. I was already on the highway so didn’t go back to the store.2nd visit: Crunchy Strawberry - the worst I’ve ever had and I’ve had this drink dozens of times. The “crunchy” is supposed to be crispy biscuit flakes but I mainly got chunks of ice. Every time I thought I was getting the crispy bits through the straw, I just ended up chewing on ice. Just terrible! I was already on the highway, so didn’t go back to the store3rd visit: Crunchy Strawberry - yes, I decided to give them another chance. And this time I requested them to blend the drink longer. They blended it somehow that it didn’t taste like blended drink, the consistency was so thin but I somehow still got chunks of ice. It also tasted soooo bland. I asked for less sugar, but it tasted like milk with a just a tiny hint of strawberry. I actually went back to the store this time. They said the sugar is fixed, can only add regular or less (even though the app shows the options regular, less, half, little). Either they lied or the app is wrong, or every time I got this drink in the past was made wrong haha. They said the strawberries they used weren’t as sweet this time.In conclusion, I’ll never return to this store.

Cashier service is rude and not professional. If you can communicate in Cantonese within your own team, it won't hurt to try communicate in Chinese to ur customer who was struggling talking to you in English. Come here if you wanna get rude service!

The cashiers need to know what is CUSTOMER SERVICE and how to BEHAVE. As a customer who pay $8 for a medium one size drink that quite expensive compare to other bubble tea store but their attitude just entitled, rude, and so unprofessional. We came 30mins before closing, we wanted to order the crunchy series, they answered us in an attitude said that they're out of stock and wont able to substitute so they cant make the drink. To be honest, the cashiers better find a factory job or stay at home wife so they dont have to be so annoyed when people come to their business. The entire review section mostly complained about their attitude and the problem they have for years but sadly it doesnt seem like they care or try to work on the problems.

If you ever wanna go there make sure you go before 1 hour of there closing because we went in to the commerce gate location and they were out of tapioca so we decided to drive to the young street location. And the lady doesn’t seem interested in selling any products and when asked for brown sugar crunchy tea she said they don’t have tapioca as they were about to close . Their google page says they close at 11:15 and at 10:45 (30mins before they close ) they said they don’t have it as they are close to their closing time . I suggest to change your closing time to the time when you decide not to keep the product . 2 locations we went to one at 10:30 another at 10:45 and both don’t have tapioca because they are about to close in half hour . That’s the funniest thing to see a bubble tea store not have tapioca 45 mins before their close because they will be closing soon . Such a joke and waste of time . Never coming back to this place again.

The 2 female servers were rude. They were out of tapioca and were not ready to give me any other options except for waiting 10 minutes for a new shipment to arrive. I didn't have the time. I suggested substituting another topping instead of the tapioca. They said I would have to pay more. At the time, I was glad to just get my drink and go and pay more but now that I think about it, it would have made more business sense to not upcharge me. The servers were entitled, rude, and uncaring. Not what I was expecting for an $8.00 drink. Fortunately, the drink was alright.

Good service, although a bit slow. We were the only two in the shop and it is quite small, but our drinks took a while to make, I wonder how it would have gone if it was busier in the store. Our drinks were very tasty and we both got the matcha special, it was the regular size and although a little pricy, very tasty and fresh. The matcha was delicious and it was nice that I was able to get soy milk at no extra cost.

Been to this location 3 times now, and will not be coming back. I always get the Royal No. 9 or the Snow Velvet Peach Oolong tea, and all 3 times, the drinks tasted watered down compared to other Alley locations. Very disappointed.

Small location that doesn't accept American Express and pick up phone calls. It should be impressing for this location that the Brampton location doesn't do any of them. I live in Vaughan and work in Brampton.
