Not only Bagels are the most fresh and delicious in town , the management is also extraordinary. Tried variety of sandwiches for our office and they were all amazing. The manager went out of his way to resolve a confusion and his efforts were very much appreciated! Thank you for such great food and even more amazing service.

I live in the area and have been meaning to try this place for a while. Unfortunately my experiences leave me wondering whether I should keep supporting this business.

Firstly, it is not clear where customers should order. A sign may help, as most people would assume to line up at the register.

Secondly, the staff are not welcoming. Both times I’ve gone, the staff have stared me down, given me no time to look at the menu, and have just made me uncomfortable. They all look miserable if I’m being very honest.
Only one lady greeted me and smiled, but unfortunately I did not have the pleasure of getting served by her.

The bagel itself is ok, nothing special. At least the prices are reasonable…

If you want good bagels and good service, I’d recommend going to Gryfe’s instead.

I appreciate this establishment so much, instead of the typical late night mcdonalds or A&W I was able to get food that isnt all grease.. i went around 4 in the morning after chilling with friends and the staff are so helpful and friendly but not annoyingly friendly. Warm and welcoming and definitely not sugar rush first thing in the morning. The bagels are fresh and warm. Cream cheese is savoury and hits the spot… also for a 24 hour place they dont have drunks or bums around which made me feel safe because I went there on my own. Shout out to the staff who helped me pick my perfect cream cheese.

We found shards of broken glass in our bagels. We called the restaurant to simply let them know that they may need to check their bagels to ensure the others were okay.

They transferred us to three different people and each one was extremely rude and yelled at us. We weren’t asking for a refund or to have the bagels replaced, just wanted to let them know so other people didn’t get hurt by ingesting broken glass.

Definitely turned us off this place, because the bagels are amazing and in the past, the service has been adequate.

Not really sure I’ll be going back, left a really bloody taste in my mouth.

Prices on website don't match what they charge at the till. I brought this to there attention and just shrugged their shoulders and pointed to the price board...very rude!

Great bagels. No frills kind of place with polite service. The server took care to give me the most fresh bagels and seemed to care. I value straight forward service and quality product. (Bought 24 bagels and they gave me some freezer bags without me asking)

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from this place. Horrible food and service. The place is also filthy. Don't know how it hasn't been shut down yet. Avoid at all costs.

Bought cream cheese there last week, it was tasteless. So sad, especially for the price. I’ve bought it in the past and has been very delicious. I don’t know what happened. Now I have to throw it out, no enjoyment in eating it.
