The service we received last night was the worst. The servers were just really rude. They keep on staring at us in a very rude way. We asked for napkins kindly and told us where it was we accidentally took the whole tray but instead of letting us know she took the napkin from our table and banged it back to their station. They were just really really rude. I don't recommend going there. It's just so disappointing that you are tired after your work and just wanna relax and eat but you end up getting more stressed and not having a good experience.

Tremendous food and excellent service! Get the rice cakes and soy and garlic fried chicken!!! Absolutely delicious! Will be back and being open 24 hours is fantastic for those cravings anytime of the day!

The food was so good! I’m not typically a pork kind of person, but throughly enjoyed the sizzling pork dish. All the other dishes we got were really good as well. Good portion side dish too. Would come back.

The food is always great, always hot and fresh. They have this house policy that if you pay cash you get 10% off your bill but then they always ask you to tip.
I used to love coming here (have been since 2008) but the service gets worse everytime. The menu states (randomly on a middle page) that each person must spend a minimum of $6.99, which for our group of 4 people would be $28. But they refused to let us share 2 dishes worth $35...?Then they said if we ordered 3 dishes we could stay. So illogical and arbitrary. I've been here in groups of 3 and sharing two dishes is fine, and a couple sharing one dish is fine too. 4 people at a table doesn't take up any more room...but apparently that's where they draw the line.At least post this rule on your door, or let people know when they are seated. Especially if you take 20min to come to our table and take our order.I will be going to another owl location from now on.

We went in at like 3:30 am. They were not happy to see us. The food took a very long time. I got bulgogi. It was sort of ok. It did not take me to flavor town. It was accompanied by a small bowl of white rice. Like jeez. The beef isn't taking me to flavor town, now I have to drown on this little rice desert island ?️. 10/10 would recommend nat 3:30 am.
