Despite the delicious food, our first experience at this pub was highly disappointing due to the abysmal service. From the moment we arrived, we felt we were treated differently than the other patrons, as if there was some kind of discrimination. At one point, we waited so long for a server that we had to get up and look for one. After finally finding a bar attendee who promised to send someone over, our server didn't arrive for another 30 minutes, by which time the daily specials were no longer available. I've never been so disappointed with customer service and have no intention of going back.

I went to this place for a company dinner and asked the server if they had any vegan options. Instead of a professional answer, she actually laughed at me. Absolutely disgraceful. What kind of restaurant thinks mocking a customer’s dietary choices is acceptable? It was not only rude, it was also insulting. I was furious and embarrassed in front of my colleagues, but I didn’t say anything as I chose not to create a scene. This level of unprofessionalism is pathetic, and honestly, if you can’t even treat your customers with basic respect, you don’t deserve their business.
Please start training your employees on basic respect and professionalism.

Ordered the shepherd’s pie through Uber Eats assuming it came with a side of vegetables like it does when dining in. It didn’t, which was disappointing. Consistency is important, and because of that, I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered the Sirloin Steak medium, but it was served well done and tasted bad. I didn’t eat it—just the potato puree. The waiter didn’t offer to replace the meal or remove it from the bill

I saw the bad reviews but my friend & I were hungry & decided to give this place a chance. Big mistake…the reviews were right. This place is waaaay overpriced ($86 pre-tip for a burger meal, a sandwich & 2 beers!) The food was extremely mediocre & the portions were small. They also made one of the worst tasting margaritas I ever had, which I didn’t even know was possible. And when we sent it back they still tried to charge us for it (cheap owners). Overall horrible food, horrible drinks, horrible service & we’re never coming here again. STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

While I didn’t order any food the patio vibes were excellent. We were in a large group of 15+ people but the wait staff were diligent and attentive. Will definitely return for some food next time.

Usually don’t have a bad experience at any Firkin. Girl at the bar was too busy flirting with the guys there to take our order and told us to go back to our seats. Received sass for no reason when our group finally did order. I get you’re busy, but you didn’t need to respond the way you did.

Luna was amazing, she took cared of us and we were constantly checked in on at every point in the night. We were so happy with the service and she’s so personable and knowledgeable. Anyone who’s lucky enough to be taken care of by her will feel the level of care and experience
Outstanding selection of food. From steak to pepper soup to hot covered cauliflower to ice cream butter tart. Excellent variety of drinks. The house white wine is superb. The service is friendly efficient and fast. A fun place to eat and be with friends.

Every bite felt like it made me question my life choices. Existential each time I sipped the soup. Even with the beef it was like chewing on the concept of absence and confusion. A taste so muted if I was in a talking stage with this ramen i’d feel like I just got ghosted mid-bite. I kept eating it. Not out of hunger or the need to not waste money. But in pure disbelief. Trying to confirm that the Birria Ramen tasted like a culinary void. A black hole of flavour. A reject dish from Hell’s Kitchen. I wasn’t just eating at that point - I was mourning.
