A favourite on campus. I especially love the veg cook-up rice. But also love the roti, pasta, and patties if I need something to go. I used to eat here a lot during my first year at York. Honestly such a treat having a Grenadian spot like this at on campus.

Really good Caribbean food. I tried the jerk chicken with rice and salad it was delicious. Price on the food was really fair for the portion you get. They are located at stong college at 165 campus walk in the basement level.

As a French exchange student, I was very disappointed about the food on campus when I arrived... Until I discovered the Orange Snail! The prices are quite cheap also, given the big quantities that are served.
The owners are amazingly nice too, creating a nice and welcoming ambiance.

Really want to like this place because people are hyping it up but it really wasn’t anything special. The owner is really nice though but first time I ordered mac and cheese and the portion of pasta was smaller than the palm of my hand. The rest of the plate was just salad. Second time I ordered chicken alfredo and the sauce tasted very watery and weird, and not creamy or cheesy at all. They also charged me $12.50 when the menu says $11.50. Slightly cheaper than other options on campus, but I’d rather pay more for something else.

Food is always a favourite of mine on campus. Good food for a good price, very student friendly. Atmosphere is upbeat and pleasant. Only downside was the service. Staff weren’t very friendly, obvious they didn’t wanna be there. Other than the service, this place is a great spot to chill with friends.

The food is actually good and the price is student-friendly. But my only problem is the staff's attitude. Usually I don't mind it, but it came to a point wherein I felt it's too much. The cashier always acts like everyone's wasting her time and expects everyone to know the menu 100%. It wouldn't hurt to assist the customers. And one time I was just choosing which sauce to put, and she started yelling at me for standing at the "wrong side" of the condiment aisle. Not only that, she got furious with me and told me to close all the bottle caps, but it wasn't even me. I only used the ketchup and the others probably used them without closing the caps. It was very embarrassing considering how much people were there. I mean yeah I get it, but as a worker, it's your job to at least show some respect and decency. If you want to tell someone something, say it in a good manner. I was very respectful to her the whole time, but she couldn't reciprocate it back. Just one tip: show professionalism.

I have never encountered a place with a manager more disrespectful than the lady that works there. She was on the phone the entire time I was in the store, I asked if she was open and she didn’t even answer me and continued speaking on the phone, gave me attitude when I asked for prices on certain items telling me to check the menu, it can’t be that hard for you to just tell me the price. It makes clear sense as to why this location is empty year around. If you’re gonna take your business at a university, atleast put in effort at providing a good customer service experience. Terrible experience, don’t come here.
