Unfortunately, this pub was a waste of money. I ordered the English Dip and the Chicken Wings. The toast on the English Dip was burnt, and the wings were even worse — overcooked and completely lacking in flavor.
The only positive point about this pub was the service.
Overall, the quality was poor, especially considering the high prices. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Watched leaf game had a new girl serving but manager/senior girl instead of helping she decided to call the new girl everytime we needed something she would come by and ask if the people on either side were ok and I asked for ketchup and she said she would call waitress instead of getting and then we asked bar bus guy who brought an empty bottle of ketchup and said he would be back and never did until our meal was done ... just not a team service atmosphere ..

The Pheasant is a divine establishment. I have enjoyed many nights here, drinking, eating, and socializing. Jana is the best server and provides great hospitality. Would highly recommend for families, groups of friends, and young adults. I will be coming back here for years to come.

Standard Firkin style pub. Chicken wings are good on a Friday night.

I've been a few times now, tried their wings which I found small and very bland, the service is wonderful though. I had some food there today which was all I ate today and ended up getting really sick later in the evening. Definitely a great place to grab some beer but I feel the food can be hit or miss

The worst turkey burgers and fries I have ever had. The burgers were obviously no name burgers from a grocery store and the fries were worse than Mcdonalds. And all that for almost $50.00! There is a large union jack outside, implying a British style pub, this should be removed as it is misleading and borders on cultural appropriation. The only reason I ended up at this place is because Drums n' Flats was closed, I won't make this mistake again.

Excellent place to eat or drink on any day. The servers are very kind and friendly. They still sell Labatt’s Blue in bottles, which is perfect! They have an outdoor patio, an indoor bar with stools, and a nice dining room in the back. Would recommend for young people, families, and older people.

The person who answer calls is extremely rude, and doesn't understand basic English. He gets agitated when he fails to continue a conversation. He should be fired immediately if the owner cares even a little bit about the business.

Of the "faux English" pubs, The Pheasant is definitely bogus. 1st clue: I ordered a Kilkenny and waiter asked, "Is that a kind of beer?" Perfect. I was tempted to rattle off Fullertons, London Pride, Spitfire, Murphy's Stout, and Boddingtons, just to mess with him. No point. They had cold Guinness, so fine. If beer and TV soccer was my reason for the visit, I'd have been OK. They mostly have that. Food was the mistake. Let's start with the chicken wings. I'm guessing The Pheasant has fried around 980,000 wings in their time. Or more. Apparently they need a little more practice. The wings were dried out. The skin wasn't so much crispy as "stiff." If the first wing that hits your mouth when served doesn't burn you, they must have languished on the counter for 10 minutes at least...like these were. The obligatory veggie sticks on the plate were the saddest specimens...2 dried out, pale carrot sticks and ropey, desiccated celery stalks. If they were cut at 9:00 am and left out since, they'd have looked better. Drums & Flats across the road was looking pretty good. Then came the pirogies. Onions must be very expensive because I got at least 2 tablespoons worth. The bacon was fatty. The pirogies were cold with semi-solid, clumpy, factory cheese stuffing. I was regretting the moment I walked into The Pheasant vs. the No Frills down the street where I could buy a whole bag of frozen pirogies and cook them 5X better myself. Service: friendly but inexperienced; food: ghastly; Beer: cold and fast; soccer: Italy up over Albania 2:1 when we left.

Great food, drinks, atmosphere, and staff. Good sound system and appropriate volume for watching game but also being able to speak with my partner. Other patrons were nice too.I had the fish & chips w/a side caesar salad. We are looking forward to returning in the summer as the patio looked great too (and smelled good too with the cedar planks). Thank you!
