Special order slab cake: 3-layers of rich deliciousness, chocolate lemon vanilla & buttercream frosting, beautifully decorated. Friendly service!

After taste testing a few local bakeries we landed on The Rolling Pin for our wedding cake and wedding cupcakes for our May wedding. Our entire experience from tasting, ordering, to the wedding day was so seamless. We went with a single cake tier and cupcakes for 80 people... The entire cake and cupcakes were demolished by our guests--I wish I had ordered more! We're so so happy to have worked with The Rolling Pin for our special day! Thank you, we will be back soon!

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I ordered a $200 birthday cake for my daughter, and it was nothing like what I asked for - totally wrong, poorly done, just a complete mess. It broke my daughter’s heart as she had picked every detail out herself.

The owner admitted the cake was botched and promised me a refund. But since then? Nothing. She’s disappeared. Won’t respond to emails or messages. I don’t know if she thinks I’ll just go away, but it honestly feels like I got scammed.

On top of all that, she was incredibly rude throughout the process. I actually felt bad for her staff — they were clearly terrified to make a decision or say anything. She had the guts to offer me $25 off at first but when she saw how upset I was agreed that a full refund was fair also to save face with her staff.

I rarely leave reviews like this, but people need to know. This was not just disappointing, it was beyond unprofessional and hurtful. Steer clear from this business.

An absolutely lovely experience. The person who helped us was absolutely delightful. We picked up a cake tasting box (back to that shortly) but we were so tempted to get other treats as everything looked so yummy. The cake box was amazing. The ferrero no share and millionaire were especially stand out flavours (and I don't typically like chocolate cake)

Ordered our wedding cake at The Rolling Pin and couldn't be happier! The cake looks and taste amazing! We got Chocolate Fudge for the bottom and Vanilla Dulce for the top. The guests loved it <3

Been enjoying The Rolling Pin for years since their first location on Yonge Street.

The donuts are utterly delicious and not too sweet which I love. Sometimes all the flavours can be too much but it's not with these ones.

Beautiful cakes, handmade with a whole lot of love the only drawback is this is not in my area but I try to visit whenever I'm in the vicinity for something delicious.

I’ve ordered multiple cakes from here and were blown away each time. The detail and the beauty of their cakes are unbelievable. They’re also delicious, where most decorated cakes tend to be more dry and stiff. These were not at all. We will continue to order from these amazing ladies and their team.

The Rolling Pin is the best!
The staff are incredibly kind and always willing to help with any order, making every visit a pleasant experience. I've had many of their cakes for birthday celebrations, and they never disappoint—delicious, beautifully decorated, and always a crowd-pleaser. Their donuts and other sweets are equally amazing. If you're looking for the best place to get your baked goods, The Rolling Pin is the place to go!

Omg I was gifted the best donut I have tasted! I can’t rate the service or atmosphere because I was not there.

I’ve never experienced such disrespect in my life. This was my second time ordering cupcakes for my son's birthday, and when I brought him along to see them, he was disappointed because he expected something different than what was shown on the website. When I tried to ask about it, I was talked over and dismissed in a condescending manner. I paid for the order and left, then reached out to the team for help. I was promised a callback, but I’ve heard nothing back. It’s clear my business isn’t valued there, and I can’t understand why they treat customers this way.
