I had visited the store during rush hours before the long weekend and the store was pretty busy. I would like to appreciate the customer service provided to the customers. Especially by Samee, who managed to take care of all customers politely and with a smile.He provided excellent customer service and experience while also ensuring the right orders are catered to the customers. I will definitely be a regular visitor to the store. Thank you Samee and Tim Hortons.

Rude staff asking for receipt a million times and after giving the receipt when he asked he said to stop with the attitude. He is the one with the attitude.
