I reached out to Tim Hortons Guest Care for help adding a $50 gift card to my account, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I followed every instruction provided — deleting and reinstalling the app twice, rebooting my iPhone, and attempting the process multiple times — yet I continued to receive the same error message.
I also provided all the identity‑verification details they requested, along with clear photos of the gift card and receipt. Despite this, the issue was never resolved. Instead, the conversation kept looping back to the same steps I had already completed.
What made this especially frustrating is that I asked for a simple phone call so someone could guide me step‑by‑step while I used my mobile phone. That support was not offered. A straightforward issue turned into a long, repetitive exchange without a solution.
I hope Tim Hortons improves the level of support provided to customers who genuinely need assistance. A little practical help would have gone a long way.

Stopped by this Tim Hortons a few days ago and the service from Ann and the other workers was incredible. Ann was very friendly and had such a positive attitude which truly made my day. I ordered a protein latte which usually takes long at the other Tim Horton locations but here I got order quickly.
