Ahmal (hope I got your name right) is an awesome manager. When there were a lot of clients and her employees were struggling she made sure that everyone, from drive through to mobile order to dining are got served, even if it meant meant running g around, heating up stuff, making drinks, answering the calls and managing the counter simultaneously. Kudos to you.

I am a regular customer at this location, and I would like to bring a concern to the management’s attention regarding the behavior of an employee named Kalaki. On multiple occasions, I have found her to be rude and unprofessional. She often seems to have difficulty understanding the order and repeatedly asks for it to be explained again, without any greeting or courtesy. Her tone comes across as scolding, similar to a school teacher, which is quite uncomfortable as a customer. This experience has been really disappointing.

I went to this store @ 6pm yesterday for vanilla iced coffee X-Vanilla syrup with espresso foam. You have to train your people properly for making the beverages and dealing with your guest. The person was serving me dont have a good guest service and very rude. She made it 3x and still not getting my drink right and how are you asking your guest how many pump that goes in X-Vanilla syrup?asked for espresso foam but put pumpkin foam.

The food at this Tim Hortons especially pastries always taste old and stale , not as good as other locations , not sure if they are lazy and don’t replace them but the cookies especially always taste old .
