Staff was very rude I went to buy a coffee in the morning and they didn’t talk to me nicely.
Further they just kept my drink at the counter without informing me that it’s my drink and when I asked her then she spoke something bad and then when I asked her what was that! Then she was like yes it’s yours.

Terrible experience the cashier couldn’t stop her conversation long enough to take my order properly. Couldn’t let me know what bagels were available Asked for double toasted they burnt my bagel twice One of the cashiers agreed it was burnt , but the other one was too stubborn to do it correctly. Its a really easy job, I dont understand how they can be so bad at it.

This Tim Hortons is in a good location inside Centrepoint Mall, so it’s easy to find and convenient if you’re shopping or passing by. But the service here is usually slow, even when it’s not busy. Staff don’t seem very attentive, and sometimes they mess up simple orders.
Coffee is okay, but I’ve had stale donuts and cold breakfast wraps more than once. Tables are not always clean, and it feels like no one really cares to improve things.
If you’re in a rush or want good service, you might want to try another Tim Hortons nearby.

It was disappointing to observe that some staff members appeared disinterested in providing customer service and, at times, even displayed rude behaviour. When asked about the new menu, I expected a helpful and courteous response, but instead, I was made to feel unwelcome. Front staff, in particular, should ensure every customer feels valued and respected .
I had a mobile order they prepared but i was waiting for so long and didn’t announced. So unprofessional behaviour. Staff was busy in chatting in their language.
