Waited over 10 minutes for 1 small coffee. You're located in a mall, place more people to work for efficiency.

I picked up a coffee here in the morning and the service was pretty good. There is usually a line up as its a pretty popular location for coffee pick up.
This location is within the mall and there is pretty much plenty of free parkong outside.
The coffee was freshly brewed and nice. The staff was pretty nice and fast and I had a great experience.
There is also plenty of space inside to sit and enjoy if you need.

There is a girl named M.M she worked in cashier and she is very rude and impolite . I asked her that this donut is with chocolate and she was like You can read from the bottom and she gave me wrong coffee and she was very rude and when i told her You should be more polite she laughed and she said ok ok .. That was the worst experience that i have ever had in timy’s.

Ordered toasted bagel with extra butter, an apple juice and 2 egg bites.
Apple juice was warm,
Bagel was cold, and with no extra butter.
Egg bites came in a soup bowl, but tasted "okay".
This order took nearly 10 minutes to process, they served at least 15 people before I got my food.

For most of us, Tim Hortons is such a nostalgic place, but today, a girl working there (her name was written as “Em.Em” on her badge) absolutely ruined the rest of my day with her unprofessional and rude behavior.
I had initially ordered an Oreo Iced Capp online. When I arrived, she told me they didn’t have it. I wasn’t happy, but I’m not the type to make trouble. So, I chose the Nutella Iced Capp instead. But guess what? She made me a Bailey’s Iced Capp instead—something I hate and would never order—filled with artificial hazelnut syrup!
I tasted it and immediately realized something was wrong. I went back and told her, “Hey, I’m not stupid. This is not Nutella.” She refused to accept this and said, “We don’t have Nutella either, so I can’t make you another one!” Seriously? Did they run out of Nutella in five minutes? No, she lied from the beginning. Instead of being honest and telling me they didn’t have Nutella, she made something completely different and tried to pass it off as Nutella.I asked for a refund because that was not what I wanted to eat! But she said we can not issue the refund while the head office team member told me they could!
When I confronted her, she told me to stop arguing and to call the head office instead. The store was busy, so I waited while she looked for the head office number. At first, I thought she was being helpful, but no! She gave me the phone number for another Tim Hortons location instead of the actual head office number!
This made me furious. I called the number, and someone—maybe her friend or colleague—answered and said, “Oh, I don’t have any order from you,” and hung up on me! What??
I ended up searching for the head office number myself and reported the issue.
This entire experience was so frustrating. A little honesty and professionalism could have saved so much trouble, but instead, I was met with lies and disrespect.

Ordered a take-12, asked for 6 med cups instead of 10 small. Staff responded promptly for the request. The wait time is acceptable. 🙂

The staff is amazing and gives good advice for a person like me with lactose intolerance and cannot take up too much caffeine, the only down side is in the food court, need to stand to wait for food but everything else is perfect, one of the best Tim Horton spot 💪🏻👍🏻

I ordered an ice cap with chocolate milk and no whip cream. The woman working there freaked out on me for no reason. Saying why do you say no whip cream? It doesn't come with it. Extremely rude! I will never go to this location again.

I don't get any special pleasure from going to these branches, everything happens quickly and industrially. You don't get any pleasure except to eat the coffee you ordered or take it and go out.

I visited on Saturday morning. The service was accurate, friendly, and fast. I was satisfied with everything, but I do not recommend the hash browns. They were greasy, not crispy, and seemed lifeless, as if they were made yesterday. I ate them right away in the food court inside the mall.
