Very BAD and RUDE Customer Service. The Filipina girl with a mole on her left face (wasn’t able to get her name coz she’s not wearing her nametag) SHOUTED at me and ACTING MORE THAN THE OWNER! Please review your CCTV yesterday (January 8, 2026 at around 9am). I ordered a small Hot Chocolate and requested to put it in an extra large cup filled with hot water up to the top coz it’s too sweet for me, and paid extra for the cup and hot water but she refused to do my order telling me that my order is not within your standard. She’s inefficient and doesn’t know what she’s doing. Instead of understanding what my order is, SHE SHOUTED at me. She insists that my order is not within the standard of Tim Horton’s! She ended giving me a small hot chocolate and hot water in an extra large cup separately. When I ask for a napkin, she SHOUTED at me to get it on the side but there’s nothing on the side and keeps on talking BAD WORDS with a LOUD VOICE that gets the attention of the nearby stalls and passersby. Where is the point of telling us that customer satisfaction is your TOP PRIORITY? Please RE-TRAIN your staff in doing CUSTOMER SERVICE and ADDRESS this issue before it reaches your HEAD OFFICE. It’s damaging the image of the company having this kind of a very RUDE employee on this location!

I ordered Oat lattes for me and my mom from this location a few times. Sousan prepares great lattes, And also very kind. I love this lattes and Would like Tim Hortons store manager to thank her for us. Julius coffees are amazing and he is kind. Once coffee was not as before prepared by another team member and Julius changed it for my mom, thanks to him. Wish both of them the best of luck in their career and life.

Staff was very rude
I went to buy a coffee in the morning and they didn’t talk to me nicely.

Further they just kept my drink at the counter without informing me that it’s my drink and when I asked her then she spoke something bad and then when I asked her what was that! Then she was like yes it’s yours.

Terrible experience the cashier couldn’t stop her conversation long enough to take my order properly.
Couldn’t let me know what bagels were available
Asked for double toasted they burnt my bagel twice
One of the cashiers agreed it was burnt , but the other one was too stubborn to do it correctly. Its a really easy job, I dont understand how they can be so bad at it.

This Tim Hortons is in a good location inside Centrepoint Mall, so it’s easy to find and convenient if you’re shopping or passing by. But the service here is usually slow, even when it’s not busy. Staff don’t seem very attentive, and sometimes they mess up simple orders.

Coffee is okay, but I’ve had stale donuts and cold breakfast wraps more than once. Tables are not always clean, and it feels like no one really cares to improve things.

If you’re in a rush or want good service, you might want to try another Tim Hortons nearby.

It was disappointing to observe that some staff members appeared disinterested in providing customer service and, at times, even displayed rude behaviour. When asked about the new menu, I expected a helpful and courteous response, but instead, I was made to feel unwelcome. Front staff, in particular, should ensure every customer feels valued and respected .

Young Filipino girl with glasses never got one of my orders correct till now. I asked for birthday cake Timbits but got these instead and they’re not even 10! Coffee had no milk ! How hard is it to listen to an order and follow instructions?
