We usually eat here but tonight we noticed the lady (Divina) was working by HERSELF. She was so incredibly patient, kind and efficient while doing both in-restaurant and pickup orders. She handled a line full of people multiple times. Incredible job!

I ordered a loaded chicken warp around 4pm and the guy told me to wait for 10 mins. I said ok no problem I will wait and then i come back there after 15mins then he said we don’t have. Every evening they say same thing that we don’t have and it will take around 10 minute.My question is if you don’t have that wrap then why you told me to come back after 10mins? Just to give to excuse that “ oh it was busy so we don’t have now”? It’s very disappointing that you don’t value others time.

I visited this location around 11 AM and it’s the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. There wasn’t much rush in the café, yet it still took them 10 minutes just to take my order. I was standing at the counter waiting while the staff kept ignoring me. I ordered an iced coffee and a herb & garlic pastry, and the girl handed me a cold pastry without even heating it. Terrible customer service – very disappointing experience.

i dont really get food here but the times i have its been good. the only problem is the drinks. the iced capps and iced drinks are not really stirred long enough and it makes the drink more liquid. doesnt taste that good

I went yesterday this Tim Horton branch at 9 PM. Srerver Sasi is very rude and temper. She is always upset to serve and giving customer service. After finish my coffee I asked to Sasi could you please give me washroom key. She aggressively answered me washroom is closed at 10 PM. Then I told her right now 9:40 PM why you are refusing me to give the Key. Then she answered me you have to wait I am making food right now whereas another lady was free. Then she opened washroom after waiting 6 to 7 minutes. Sometimes I go this Tim hortons I get that lady several times . All the time her behavior very aggresive and rude. She doesn't know how to deal with customer

Yes. I am Diane Baichu. I do t seem to understand that you guys are hiring new staff all the time that has no experience. I have so much experience and I have applied so many times. I and I vent get hired. For example. I went to the Tim Horton at finch and sentinel at the prtro Canada. I ordered I small black coiffée and I gave for 1.65 for my coffee. A minute later she said I didn’t pay for. Then thee was another woman that paid for a coffee and a croissant and she had to wait a pint time to get it. I would rethink. Then one day last Saturday then I went for my small black coffee with no sugar and no milk. You staff didn’t care. After tasting that there was sugar in my coffee I had to walk back to get a new one. (That should have not happened) when I have been going for years at that location. When she denied it and argued for a while I hand to speak up. She just laughed and said I
Am sorry. After sipping that sugar coffee I had to go to the emergency because I am diabetic. Please get you act together because when you have a staff laughing that she is serving people things that they didn’t didn’t pay for will result a in a.

I ordered a small frozen lemonade and the idiot working there gave me a medium and it’s not even like she’s new. This is the experience one that has been working there nearly every day for almost a year now so please work on your listening skills and maybe when the service is better I will update my review.
