I want to cry when I pass by and try to order at night a coffee at Tim Horton's location at Duffrin and Finch such a wonderful location lots of parking and a buittiffull drive through pulling in to buy a coffee in the evening hours is a nightmare dirty garbage around the drive through always hearing excuses why dark roast coffee is not available our machines are broken our machines are dirty Tim Horton's has turned into a discrase place to buy a cup of coffee it's time for Duncan donuts to come to Canada to show them how to run a business. Tim Horton's are very lucky I'm not working at the head office I would close them down one by one until the owners realizes they have to work in their stores and not stay home too relaxed.

I don’t understand why that Tim Hortons has trash bins overflowing on the sidewalk outside and by the entrance. I get that they’re busy, but still, at least every two hours, please take care of it and change the trash bags. I’ve sat there, and two hours have gone by, and no one notices the trash. What kind of workers are they? 😡😠😒

I read the review below by muna and I have to say that it is a false negative review. I was at this location that night and the lady complaining was severely out of line from the start. The Tim Hortons employee did nothing wrong and it seems unfair that people can make false accusations when they themselves are the ones creating a negative atmosphere because of childish antics. Also, there was no choking involved whatsoever.

Love this Tim Hortons. I come in the early am around midnight. The lady that works alone is so amazing and sweet. She is super fast and has great tea every time. She needs an award dealing with everything while still making orders.
I was at your 1280 finch ave location, around 2:07am in the morning. I bought a pizza with spicy dip on the side. The older lady who works there at night is super rude and very angry for someone who works customer service. I asked for water and maybe I was abrupt, as i was choking on my dry pizza, I apologized for that. She continued to yell at me and i got loud with her too. I can scream much louder then she can. She proceeded to give me back my .10 which I paid for on my debit card and tell me she wasn't going to give me water. That was unnecessary and uncalled for. BOTH bathrooms were deadbolted and locked. Is this standard procedure? I'm hoping to take to someone higher up the ladder because I'm sick and tired of being disrespected by Tim Horton's employees. I'm super understanding but now I'm not having it.
