I honestly donāt like giving a negative review; but it really ruined my day. I ordered a HOT vanilla latte and steeped tea four sugar. I waited for almost half an hour, only to tell me that their espresso machine isnāt working. They offered me iced vanilla coffee ā and I know that the price is different, but they didnāt tell anything. So I told them I know latteās price is higher than iced coffee, so I asked them to put extra vanilla. Itās so unreal that they didnāt even fill up my cup, and the coffee tastes bland. I know my coffee very well, and them not getting it right and making me wait fort so long are terrible things in the morning.
Also, they didnāt put sugar in my partnerās steeped tea. Not even one. I wanted to come back and complain; but Iāve already had enough.
Just to make a note that this isnāt the first time the service is too long. Iāve been coming back here for a month, and todayās just not today. I already have enough of this terrible service.

I visited this Tim Hortons location today and ordered a coffee and a croissant. The croissant was so hard it was impossible to bite into, clearly stale. Unfortunately, this isnāt the first time. This location often sells stale pastries and is consistently understaffed, which leads to long lineups and slow service. Very disappointing. experience overall.

I donāt recommend this location. Very busy and unfriendly customer service. The store is also disorganized, itās not clear where to order and pick up. The store didnāt seem very clean either.
I went there with rush and waited for ten minutes! Three ppl were there and somehow they managed to serve me after ten minutes. I ordered three different things and each time they said that they donāt serve that thing there! At the end I chose something simple and I told the cashier I want to pay half card half cash and she kept putting wrong amount in the card reader and I told her TWO TIMES that Iām paying half card half cash and each time she laughed at my face saying āYour card declinedā like of course it declined when you put the wrong amount in the card reader! I ended up leaving there without getting anything because she was playing with me for twenty minutes! What is wrong with Tim Horton nowadays? Why is it a thing for their employees to be rude, laughing it the customer face and wasting their time? Do you guys even put a training sessions for these ppl or you just hire them because they are your cousin or something?
