We ordered 2 cilantro chicken bowls with 2 sandwiches. Delivery came with no bowls. Got refund back and ordered the bowls again, and the food came and they were sandwiches. Somebody is not watching over their employees. Be better, cause that js ridiculous .

This branch doesn't offer WIFI service. 😞 The branch washroom is out of order. It needs maintenance. 🤦 The air conditioning system doesn't work well; it gets too hot in the summer 🌞🥵 All the staff appear to be from one nationality👳🧔. Canada is multicultural; therefore, you should have people from different nationalities on the staff. 🧑🦰👱🧑🦳

Unfortunately, we were there with a friend who doesn’t know English very well. And when she talked to cashier who was an Indian girl. My friend didn’t understand well and both of them the cashier and the other boy ,who was Indian as well, were laughing. Have you ever focused on their accent?😳😳there is always something for laughing but people try to be respectful.
Friendly staff. No drive through. Decently clean interior. Food is nothing special but its tim hortons im not expecting much

I don't understand why they hire people who don't understand English and don't want to work and are lazy! I ordered small Black coffee I waited 15 minutes and finally they gave me caffe latte! The shop was empty and I had no other orders! I'm shocked instead of hiring 5 people who don't know how to work and only talk except for themselves and laugh, hire 2 serious people

Not the best Tim Horton's. Food is inconsistent but the staff works hard for not usually having enough workers. It is a bit disorganized and always so busy there is nowhere to sit. Bathrooms are a bit grody and there are lines. They have not run out of certain foods as long as I have been going there, however.

Parking: No many spots in the plaza and it is awkward.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair buttons and tables.
A Broken Tim Hortons. See photos. The cash register is broken and have been secured with straps at angle 😭. The washroom is in a disastrous state. The toilet paper reel is broken, the man urinal is missing from the wall, the sink in the early morning shows has not been cleaned, the faucet is not secure, the garbage mount in the wall is broken. The toilet door can't be locked and broken. The color and light of the dining area is dull and not pleasant. You feel to be in a military hunger or a warehouse. The marbles by the windows are full of stains. Has not been cleaned for months with wet wipes. The tables have coffee cup stains. Very disappointed ☹️ with Tim Hortons. Needs totally new management and full renovation. It should be like the Tim Hortons at Rossland and Salem. For everything I said, I have a photo for it. See them

Early morning 4:50am, boy on service had no work ethics. Really need to have welcoming behavior rather than gossiping with other staff members.
