I went to this Tim Hortons on Sunday night around 9:30–10 p.m. and it was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any Tim Hortons.
There were two staff on duty (one male, one female) and instead of serving the long line of customers, they were giggling, chatting, and completely ignoring everyone. The line was practically out the door, and people actually left because service was so slow and careless.
When I asked if they could please speed things up because I was on my way to work, I was ignored. The male staff even gave me intimidating looks. The female staff kept ignoring the line, dragging out time, and showing no urgency or professionalism.
This is a terrible representation of Tim Hortons. These two employees lacked basic respect, customer service, and the ability to just do their jobs. If this is the level of service here, this location might as well close down.
Tim Hortons management needs to take action — staff like this will only drive customers away. Absolutely unacceptable.

They always put cream in my tea and I always see milk types on the screen ! Because it's the drive through i don't notice usually till I'm at work ! This is horrible, they need to pay more attention and realize almost 0 people get cream with their tea ! Listen and read the order properly .. at least 3 times a week .
Get your people trained !! I am coming in later today and demanding my $10 back
