I was there at this location around 115 I had ordered a med black DR. Med Black with one and a half sugar and a med hot latte with 2 sugars an a 6 pack of donuts,when I got home my latte was ice cold it's like it was sitting there for about one hour,I will not be returning to this location my business will be going to MacDonald's,you have your workers more focus on the drive thru while there were other customers are waiting in line to be served,one lady in the lady had ask is there anyone else working here, an not one person came to serve this was on Dec 28 I am using up my points an not returning, horrible service

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this Tim Hortons location has been consistently frustrating. Almost every time I visit, my order is either missing something or incorrect. What makes it worse is that when I point it out, the staff claims it’s my fault—even though I double-check and review my order.

I understand mistakes happen, but this has become a pattern. Instead of acknowledging the issue or trying to resolve it, I’m met with attitude or dismissiveness. It’s disappointing, and very frustrating. I hope this location takes customer feedback seriously and improves both accuracy and customer service. Until then, it’s hard to recommend this location when something as simple as getting the correct order feels like a gamble
