This Tim Hortons is full of straight up scamming. I went a few days ago, the screen was broken and I asked for a receipt and found I was randomly charged for a smile cookie I did not order (and also did not receive…) I gave benefit of doubt and came back today and ordered two Oreo cookies, was charged for two, only to find out the cashier only gave me one? There is obviously a pattern occurring here. I highly recommend everyone double check their orders and receipts because this is unacceptable

Very disgusting 🤢 place! I am beyond disappointed! I wish management could look at the cameras; workers shouldn’t be doing anything if there’s a lot of standing around waiting to be served, plus why clean the tables and chairs with a dirty water and wrong CLOTH! Moping the floors means dry mop since there’s a lot of people inside! Showcase very empty and very limited of variety to choose from! I cannot recommend this place to anyone very sad. When the floor is super wet it means STRIPPING HAZARDS!

This location deserves no stars I’m for being rude but it’s facts. How can you work under food and you no not any cleaning procedures! CLEANING THE TABLE WITH WRONG CLOTH PLUS DIRTY WATER!!!!! Sweeping the floor without any concern or care whatsoever! Putting US CUSTOMERS LAST! I wonder who’s running this place because it’s DISGUSTING 🤮!

The Customer service here is very rude; I stop by to order one large coffee and a muffin for breakfast.When I asked a girl to borrow a key for washroom and she doesn’t want to answer my question about washroom is working or not.

Line management needs a lot of work. There are two order tills open, but many times only one is occupied resulting in long lines. Furthermore if there are two associates at the respective tills, there is no indication of where to line up. This causes issues as some Patrons will form a 2nd line, instead of the customary, first come, first serve order taking. This is easily solved if management or regional management cared about this specific location which this apparently do not.

Horrible experience getting breakfast this morning. Not only did the staff give me the wrong breakfast sandwich (got maple breakfast sandwich instead of the sausage English muffin sandwich) the sandwich was very poorly made; it was extremely messy. Worst of all, I paid for two hashbrowns and I only got one! I would of went back to the store to get it. But I had to go to work. Extremely disappointing experience today!

I ordered a wrap and donut deal, bacon on the four cheese bagel, a large wild berry hibiscus drink, chocolate milk, a dark roast coffee black with a three dollars breakfast sandwich. The stuff that help us was very friendly, patience with a smile. When I got my order, I noticed I had a missing donut. I asked her for it, she started charging me again. I tried to explain to her it was part of the deal, she didn't get it. It was okay, it was very busy and maybe I ordered too many items.
