I came in during a huge rush at Tim Hortons, expecting delays. But Jasleen kept everything moving fast with a smile.

JASLEEN , you better quit this job coz this is not right fit for you, if you are working in customer service , you shouldn’t be carrying this much attitude and demeaning someone. The attitude you were giving to customer while locking the doors at 9 pm and telling them that you need to clock out and go home is not respectable. You need to go home is not their problem , it’s a you problem. WORK ON YOUR ATTITUDE.

Very good service from this location Staff where friendly always smiled unlike the 245 Dixon Road Employees and Managers the 245 ones are rude dismissive and no smile at all this Tim Hortons was the best

The owner of the store should see that its like one family has been hired over there. All girls and boys keep talking and ignoring customers in the queue. I could only see one community working there why other community’s wasn’t there? Its a big question to the owner, why one complete family has been hired. They didn’t make my order properly because they were busy enough to talk to each other.
Girls have bad attitude and poor customer service.

Terrible staff . This is my 3rd time going through the drive thru and had horrible experience with staff repeating my order and still not fullfillling it at the window.
I had to repeat my order again.. I can see this cause by the morning staff that need better training and learn how to speak to customer and apologize if they make a mistake horrible attitude can’t believe Tim Hortons allows poor customer service.
This store needs to be reviewed by Tim Hortons upper management urgently

Spent 10 minutes in the drive-through and still received the wrong order. Instead of apologizing, the employee gave attitude and was disrespectful. Had to wait another 5 minutes for a correction. Horrible service and poorly trained staff.

I'm a frequent coffee drinker, usually having some kind of beverage every morning, hot or cold depending on the season. This time, I ordered the same coffee for the sixth time at the same place, and it just doesn't taste the same. It's because these people have absolutely no hygiene when it comes to cleaning the machine, which is why it doesn't taste good. Even though I order the same thing at any Tim Hortons, specifically at this one, it doesn't taste the same. I think the girl isn't used to it or hasn't been taught how to prepare coffee correctly, or that the machines should be cleaned before the next refill. I definitely prefer to drive a little further and wait until I get to Keele and Wilson, which has served the best coffee I've had in all of North York. Please don't buy coffee here; it doesn't taste good. No fresh vanilla, no iced vanilla coffee, no double espresso. The coffee tastes like old, stale coffee.
