Third horrible experience in a row. The staff joke and laugh when they make mistakes. Bagels are cold and stale and they didnt cut them in half with barely any cream cheese. I asked for black decaf and got black regular coffee. The line is short but it still takes over 15 min to get your food.

Clean store, fast and efficient service, and an excellent selection! Kamal the manager was especially friendly and helpful. He made the whole experience even better. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and the store reflects that. Everything was spotless, the service was fast, and there were plenty of great options to choose from. I WENT TO GET BRAKFAST IT WAS BUSY BUT EMPLOYEES MOVED FAST AND SO FRIENDLY AND I WAS SO HAPPY WITH MY ORDER I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Today evening, I visited a Tim Hortons drive-thru and ordered a medium iced coffee. The place was super busy -clearly the long weekend rush - but I was truly impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff, especially a young girl name Navjot. She was handling both the order-taking and the cashout, yet still greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude.
Despite the pressure, she took a moment to chat and explained how hectic things were, mentioning that there was even a lineup inside. I could see for myself how busy it was, but she and the entire team were working non-stop and still maintaining great customer service.
Big appreciation for her and the hardworking crew at this location - you guys handled the pressure like champs! Keep up the amazing work!
