Disgusting! Blood all over the toilet in female washroom. Was there when I visited at 1030 am today and still there when I returned at 430pm. Health hazard! Will not return to this location

The girl that was talking at the front in drive-thru had so much attitude. And when I asked for extra butter after checking the bag, she gave me a hard time with that as well. She proceeded to tell me that she put one butter in the bag (who said when was enough), which it really wasn't enough. On top of that she stabbed a fork into my biscuit, impacted in the bag so sloppy. The customer service has gone down completely in that department. I'm not understanding why Tim Hortons continues to hire people with such an attitude. The packing of the bag was horrible, and the people with the intercom have so much attitude. I have pictures and and I'm just so disappointed. I also did not receive my points when I try to scan my QR code. Highly disappointed.

Disoriented people work here. Lack of energy and pace even when it was not that busy. I ordered habanero chicken wrap and they completely messed it up. They didn’t even grilled my wrap. They have poor costumer service. No eye contact, No greeting. Disgusted to see such people work in Tim hortons.
Daniel is the most disrespectful person in that Tim Hortons . A simple coffee can’t be made right and she wants to embarrass me for it when I specifically gave instructions

I don't know how many times I said do not send me anything else for Tim Hortons because I'm dead set against their policies and to say the least you order a English Muffin breakfast with the bacon and egg you order no cheese because I don't like cheese so I asked for a slice of tomato instead they charge me an extra dollar so I feel that is a rip-off not only that they like the free publicity so they will sponsor young kids teams and whatnot for their benefit of the publicity other than that they don't do nothing for people and to say the least they'd rather throw their donuts and leftovers out instead of giving it to either the food bank or a shelter that sometimes have children that could eat that those donuts I don't like Tim Hortons because of that yes I do drive through for the time and buy a coffee or even other things but I don't appreciate or enjoy or like their policies

This place ia terrible. Half the staff doesnt speak english but I dont fault them for that, as its just people trying to make a living, but what I do fault them for is the lack of work ethics and lack of urgency that ppl have. I stood there for a good 10 minutes before anyone acknolwedged me. They were all literally working on 2 very small and average orders
