I accidentally sent my order to this location. When I called, the manager Karen was very understanding and kind. I went in the next day, and she promptly remade my order. The location, inside Yonge Sheppard Centre, has limited seating, but you can head downstairs to the food court. I also noticed that the breakfast combos here are slightly cheaper than at other locations. Overall, excellent service and a convenient spot!

Then was sort of yelling when making lemonade . Wanted to put comments about bad customer service skills she had. She said out whatever u want

I’ve visited this place several times, and unfortunately, on multiple occasions, they closed the doors before the official closing time of 6 PM or 8pm. It’s disappointing that the service ends early.

I stop here for a coffee and a snack multiple times a week. The service is always quick and efficient and the customer service is great. I especially like Cristeta and Alex. I’m always running in to get a last minute coffee before they close and sometimes miss the cutoff. But they always get me my coffee with a smile.

Waited in line 20 mins. Tried to use a coupon from the app. Cashier couldn’t get code to scan. They refused to give me the 2 dollars in savings. Spend your money at Canadian second cup downstairs instead

The service is very poor. They don't even open the washrooms so you use it. I've ask several times to open the door so I could wash my hands and they lied that someone was there, and only one washroom they keep open. I told them no one was in there and 15 mins later the worker opened it. It was also very dirty in there. Very poor service..
This Tim Hortons does not close at 5 pm they actually close at 3:45 pm at which point they start shutting down machines and knock out half their menu.
Of course I’m not anticipating that they would expect a complicated order at 4:55 pm. But if I show up at 3:45 asking for something from the grill and I find out that they’ve closed the grill an hour and 15 minutes early and refuse to take the order that’s unprofessional.

Poor service and staff. Even though I visited during a quiet time, they seemed to have forgotten my coffee order. They were laughing and chatting amongst themselves while taking my order. I asked again, and they made another coffee, but seeing them just toss it away, I decided never to visit again. It's not expensive coffee, so I'm not expecting premium service, but I do believe a minimum level of customer service is necessary.

For somebody’s sake hire more people here ! It’s been 15 minutes I’m in line and I have to get to work , it’s Sunday and no where else is open to get some food , it’s not even today , this location is always short staffed please do something
