⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ I went to this store and asked for steak and egg sandwich I watched the girl make the sandwich and put sausage on it and then hand it to me I looked to make sure I told her I don't eat pork she then took the SAME SANDWICH and took off the sausage and put the steak when she was handing it to me I explained I can't eat pork it's against my religion she then told someone else to make the sandwich and I have to wait again and I was late for work. WARNING ⚠️ DONT EAT TIMS IF YOU ARE MUSLIM THE WOKERS DON'T CARE

this location has the worst customer service ever! i wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to ruin your day. i asked for less ice in my drink, but they got it wrong. the lady, had to correct the order with an attitude and didn't even apologize for her mistake. there was never a time when they had pleasant service. they act like they don't get paid to do this customer service job; if they hate it, they should just not work there.

If I want to drink water, I go to another store to buy water. There is less coffee than ice in a medium sized cup. I told the team members a medium sized iced black coffee, with LESS ICE CUBES, they didn’t listen to me. I won’t order anything from this place again.

I ordered onlione french vanilla. When i picked up. It was freezing cold and it is not my first time ordering it. I work at the mall so i always go there. The lady said that i ordered it with oat milk so milk is cold. I repeat that it is never served cold before. She gave me bad attitude and said “ dont order it again then”. Well onlione order doesnt say half /half it is just a dairy option as “oat”. I gave you guys a lot of chances with your bad attitude. But i will never step in any tim hourtons again. To work at busy place is not an excuse to be rude and careless. Maybe losing one customer not gonna effect your sales. But the prestige of the Brand as a Canadian brand is totally disapointing to what it represents… just a piece of powder you mix with water ! Serve it hot at least!

My go to Tim hortons only because it is the closest to my place. The location is really busy but I order it online so it works for me. They are not open on Sundays which is a bummer.

The lineup was 15-minutes long (outside the doors). There were only three people serving, and most of the time they were not taking orders. To top it off, they gave me the wrong order, after confirming-with-me/double-checking when they took the order. If you waste your time here getting anything, you are truly desperate.

Employees at this location are not working professionally. Whenever i go to there, they are always talking and laughing at each other in their language. If there’s a line up, then also they don’t care. Because they have gossips to do while working by ignoring the customers who are waiting to order. Their management should pay attention to this, being an Ex employee of Tim Hortons i know how they should behave in front of the customers.

Hello. I just came at 10:59. I got a dark roast with chocolate milk and the service was awful. never felt more disrespected by the asian/ philapens girl with the arrogant with thick eyelash extensions she was laughing at me and has a huge attitude. Never felt more disrespected. The entire staff is very unprofessional to be rude and snobby and treat me that way. I will never get Tim Hortons again.

I'm not a picky person, I think this is my first time putting a bad review, and it is only because of the extremely-always rude staff there!!! It is unbelievable how some people can behave like this with their customers when their working with the brand of Tim Hortons! I have been observing their behavior for a long time and it is always like this, I had to go to this location because I work in the mall but I'm just sick of their attitude. If it's not busy, they make fun of you and your order or whatever, they laugh and look at you, if you ask for a little extra sauce they put so much that it becomes disgusting! They obviously have no respect for the customers, they never answer your "Hi" or your "Thank you". Nobody expects a wonderful customer service from them but at least they shouldn't be rude! It is not only one bad experience, me and others working in the mall are keep having the same issue. SOMEONE SHOULD CARE! Don't ignore all of these bad reviews.

One of the weirdest Tim Horton's I've ever been in, Closes at 5pm on a Saturday, and when I went in at 430 they refused to let me order a sandwich because it was too close to close.
