I ordered large pumpkin spice latte with less ice and in protein milk Paid almost 7$ for the drink and they filled the whole cup with ice. I told the person that I requested for less ice and instead of remaking the drink she removed ice and filled the cup with milk (not sure if it was protein milk or not) so disappointed. Not going there ever again. Total garbage.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and wanted to share my experience. While the staff was friendly, I found the service to be a bit slow during my visit. Unfortunately, my wait was made more uncomfortable when I noticed flies buzzing around the small donut tray. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but the response was simply a smile, which didn’t address my concern.
I appreciate the efforts of the team, but I believe improvements in service speed and cleanliness are necessary to enhance the overall customer experience.

Night staff was so slow they took 15 minutes for 3 cars in drive thru and got me late for work. When I asked what happened why is it taking so long the guy just “I am doing my best”
Very rude staff. When you ask for something, they give you something else. They don’t have Wi-Fi, and the service is very poor and dirty.

Today a few minutes ago I went this tim hortons after my 10 hours work for double double coffee. Time was 7.13pm. I gave order and order took an muslim girl i think, because she was wearing HIJAB. She was tired but gave tremendous service and also made coffee for me. After drinking it, I felt like I was having a decent cup of coffee after a long time. Thanks a lot Hijabi girl for your coffee🫡 I will come again😊
