The noise and laughs of the workers makes it hard for us to talk and hear each other (I and my friend)! Every time I come here it’s the same thing, I was trying be patient but this time it’s getting very hard to hear what my friend is telling me although we’re sitting far away from the front desk! There are people sitting in between otherwise I’d make a video post it here.
If the manager wants to know, they can check their cctv cameras inside.

Coffee, Food and atmosphere is wonderful. The new team should learn how to behave. They make jokes loud with each other, laugh lauder and make more noise and disturbance than the customers. They need customers service training. New team means September 2024. One more concern, There is no diversity, previously all were Indians now all are Philiphinos. The other people can’t work at TIM?

we went there for coffee, the place is so dirty the glass counters where they put their bakery product has so many flies, we told them they say we can not do anything they keep coming back, like seriouslyyyyy! this place used to be very clean but now its garbage......
Again for some reason this tim hortons refuses to grill or toast croissants, when I asked why every other tim hortons will do it. There response is management says so. I guess there is no need for consistency across the chain. Yes and with a microwaved croissant I'd like a boiled steak. Could you imagine if McDonald's wasn't consistent? Maybe have your franchisees understand the importance of this.

I always take an extra 10 mins of my day to get my ice coffee from here instead of close to my work because It always tastes better. Especially when Mary makes it. Mary is one of the best staff at this location. She makes sure the front counter runs smoothly.
