This location used to be my favourite because the orders were always done so well. Now I noticed for the past few months, the food and drinks aren’t made well. $7 for a drink only to have it made incorrectly. Even a plain iced coffee does taste as goood. I love the staff but they need to focus on making correct orders.

Ordered a scrambled egg loaded croissant. Not sure how I ended up with the standard hard boiled puck in my sandwich and no sausage. Went back 2 weeks later after the manager had assured me she would be there to replace the meal. She wasn’t there

I visited this location yesterday around 10.30 PM by drive through. No respect from employees. The employee laughter very loud in front of me with co worker while speaking foreign language. No respect and in the end I get wrong order from her.
I ordered large pumpkin spice latte with less ice and in protein milk Paid almost 7$ for the drink and they filled the whole cup with ice. I told the person that I requested for less ice and instead of remaking the drink she removed ice and filled the cup with milk (not sure if it was protein milk or not) so disappointed. Not going there ever again. Total garbage.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and wanted to share my experience. While the staff was friendly, I found the service to be a bit slow during my visit. Unfortunately, my wait was made more uncomfortable when I noticed flies buzzing around the small donut tray. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but the response was simply a smile, which didn’t address my concern.
I appreciate the efforts of the team, but I believe improvements in service speed and cleanliness are necessary to enhance the overall customer experience.
