Coffee, Food and atmosphere is wonderful. The new team should learn how to behave. They make jokes loud with each other, laugh lauder and make more noise and disturbance than the customers. They need customers service training. New team means September 2024. One more concern, There is no diversity, previously all were Indians now all are Philiphinos. The other people can’t work at TIM?
I always take an extra 10 mins of my day to get my ice coffee from here instead of close to my work because It always tastes better. Especially when Mary makes it. Mary is one of the best staff at this location. She makes sure the front counter runs smoothly.
Very small and cramped location (especially when you put a drive-thru into the mix!), but they do the best they can right next to a corner and on a busy street. We only ordered a few drinks, and the service was quick.
