This location is watering down the coffee for small profit gains...YOUR ONLY SPECIALTY IS COFFEE, it should be made to satisfy consumers of the brand, customers come first this is a DAMN Joke! The dark roast coffee tasted awful there and after going back and requesting a fresh cup, they served another watered down cup of regular, theres no escape from their cheap strategy that misrepresents the BRAND!

As i order farmer’s wrap the lady over sandwich station slide that to me in rude way and also there is a girl name BANJOT she packed the cookie where all the Nutella was stick to the wrapper and she didn’t even heat up the red pepper.

This Tim hortons is great as the service is amazing. I really enjoy coming here thanks to the workers. There is this man, Harshit who is the nicest person, always a smile on his face, working hard and even knowing regular client very well on what they like.

Tim Hortons has a huge problem with who they hire. Government gives subsidies to hire international students, Tim Hortons jumps at the chance to save money on employees, sacrificing every other aspect of their business for that chance. 17% youth unemployment rate this summer I wonder why.

I have been to this location twice in the past month. Both times, the washroom was filthy. One time, there was no toilet paper, and the hand dryer was not working. The second time, there was no soap and the floor was wet and full of toilet paper (and it was not raining outside!).
Do the employees use this same washroom, and then go back to working with food??
This is not close to meeting health standards.
