I’m very disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location near my home.
The staff are consistently rude and unwelcoming. There is rarely a greeting, no basic courtesy, no smile, and they often appear irritated or angry toward customers. Even ordering a plain coffee takes an unreasonable amount of time. The store is frequently dirty, tables are not cleaned, and overall cleanliness is clearly neglected. Another major issue is that the staff constantly speak to each other in Hindi while working, instead of focusing on customers. They spend more time talking among themselves than providing service, which makes customers feel ignored and uncomfortable in a customer-facing environment. This location feels poorly managed and far below the service and cleanliness standards expected from Tim Hortons. Very disappointing experience.

This location is horrible. No signage for ordering in person. Self order kiosk couldn’t scan my app. Out of peanut butter so I had to seek a refund. Staff not using the “now serving” monitor but kept shouting out in the crowd. Never been to a TH that substandard before

It's always a good place to have a quick cup of coffee or tea. But again it's just one simple thing. You definitely get bored after a while. But again, a good spot for a cup of quick coffee. Most people cannot go without coffee. But I do have one problem with Tim's though. They have certain products only available at certain times. Like a burrito bowl, only available after 11 am. And my break is at 10-10:30, and I can never get that.

I had a group potluck lunch to attend and forgot to prepare something. I spoke to Jagdeep, and they were very accommodating. They prepared a sandwich platter, coffee, and a box of Timbits. Everything was ready for the scheduled pickup time, and they were extremely helpful. They saved my day!
Hello, Nageswary helped me in this location. And she was very kind and helped me about my coffees. I didn’t know that tim is doing lattes without suger and she give information about their coffees how they are making them. She make my day thank to her
