Very clean!!!Super , well stocked muffins , bagels , doughnut etc. Clean glass ( always one of my determining factors for cleanliness!) .Quick service. Hot and delicious double-double.This new location / building is just laid out exceptionally.

Workers are extremely rude for no reason. Would not recommend going here if you absolutely didn’t have to. Go to the Country Style a bit down the street instead (at Sheppard & Wilson Hts), love the employees & iced coffee there!

Service: I ordered a pretty plain sandwich (ham and cheese) and it took 20 minutes. I understand that there was no more bread but i was not told so until nearly 15 minutes of waiting.Food: The food was average but it really wasn't worth the wait. Many of the people working there are not very fluent in english and it was a bit hard to communicate.Atmosphere: The atmosphere was fine.Extra: I have quite a few past experiences of them making my drink only for it to have no flavour or not the one i ordered or part of the drink is missing. I often have to ask them if they can remake it due to the fact that they mess up things like ice-capps or just any normal drink. About 3-6/10 orders I believe they will mess up.Kid-friendliness: I feel like though they were pretty friendly, they aren't as thorough with the food if you are a child, for example, they very often do not give me any syrup or whip-cream in a drink that includes it and they also rarely ever give me the correct flavour or order.

Good service with standard food. This location seems to be open almost all the time, so very convenience (although doesn't have a drive through). Food is pretty standard and people are nice.

Me and my friend go here for lunch sometimes, but there’s always something wrong. Recently, it took 20 minutes for us to get our potato wedges served. Another time they didn’t say my name when my order was served (I ordered on kiosk). The food is always immaculate (once we get it).

I have been going to this Tim Horton location for over 7 years now. I have noticed, How they have gone from a 5 star location to barely a 2 star location. The place is very busy and dirty most of the time and every day you have to hear that they are under staff. The quality of the food, donuts, and even the coffees have dropped drastically. You can order a simple double double, and it would taste different every day. The inconsistency has become their new thing. The staff are not very respectful, and I would guess because they have been over worked or something but it is still unacceptable. This location needs to go under a drastic change. Maybe a new manager that cares for people and their worker. Hope to see that day soon.
