The worst location. It’s huge and they don’t have a press to make wraps. Ridiculous. And all the tables were filthy. Hardly anybody there so not sure what the staff was doing. And is already paid for parking.

Came here to grab a coffee and some food on a lil road trip, was unfortunate to see the food staff not being supported by the front counter and manger, the staff member was actively asking for help with no hands being provided. Very disappointing to see a Canadian business not support its staff.

The staff is amazing Specially Raspreet he is wonderful guy, Meenakshi , Ria all work so hard and clean i dont know the name of some but wonderful and helpfull staff .

One of the worst times hortons of gta. As there management iss tooo tooo much poor they don’t know how to manage all the stuff. I wait 10 minutes in a line but after 10 minutes when i ask for a steeped tea they told me 5 more minutes. Is this the service of tim hortons. I will make sure i will not gonna come this time Horton any more. From now i will never suggesting anybody to come here. Ask your staff to prepare there food properly. As they have very much poor skills very poor sorry.

I understand that Tim Horton’s is a fast food place which results in a busy time, but even on the slow hours Ive come here the lobby and washrooms are a mess. We have to clean tables ourselves in order to sit and the POS machine is full of oil like nobody has wiped it.
The customer service and quality of food is amazing because everyone is very friendly, but the management needs to get cleaning on their top priority.

As always, food was good! It's a Timmies after all. Little bit of a wait for the meal Atmosphere was typically Tim's!
The lady making the food had on gloves which was fine.But she used her hands with the gloves to wipe down the counter and then she used her hands with the same gloves to touch food that is absolutely disgusting. I recommend nobody go to this Tim Hortons.Who knows what else they do. You need to do better. I'm adding to this. May 18th 2024 the same lady making the food from my last complete needs to be let go or Retrained. She was taken forever to make my food and when the other lady was asking her where?It was my toast was supposed to be double toasted.And the lady reminded her.It's double toasted and that lady making the food just shrugged.Her shoulders that not double toasted and did not care and gave it to me that way. I would have to say it is completely Is my fault Visiting that tim hortons. Never again.
