I always order the Iced Capp and it’s usually perfect. This time, when Pratham made it, the taste was off. I explained politely and asked for a replacement, but instead of simply fixing it, he tried to prove me wrong. Mistakes can happen, but a kind and helpful response makes a big difference. I hope the service can be improved for next time.

Very attentive manager. While I was there I noticed that the table I was sitting on was broken. I told the manager that they should take care of this table before some drama queen creates a scene about it. Manager Navjot right away put it away.

The worst location. It’s huge and they don’t have a press to make wraps. Ridiculous. And all the tables were filthy. Hardly anybody there so not sure what the staff was doing. And is already paid for parking.

Came here to grab a coffee and some food on a lil road trip, was unfortunate to see the food staff not being supported by the front counter and manger, the staff member was actively asking for help with no hands being provided. Very disappointing to see a Canadian business not support its staff.

One of the worst times hortons of gta. As there management iss tooo tooo much poor they don’t know how to manage all the stuff. I wait 10 minutes in a line but after 10 minutes when i ask for a steeped tea they told me 5 more minutes. Is this the service of tim hortons. I will make sure i will not gonna come this time Horton any more. From now i will never suggesting anybody to come here. Ask your staff to prepare there food properly. As they have very much poor skills very poor sorry.
