This is the worst timhorton I have ever been to. No wonder it has such a low rating. We were just at drive thru getting 2 bagels and French vanilla , the attendant by the name of Poonum at 9: 42 am on Dec 23 Monday morning was extremely rude. My husband reached in to his pocket to get his card .She said can you hurry up in such a rude and disrespectful manner. He literally didn't even get to take his seat belt off yet. You should look at the camera and see how long this interaction was.
I will reach out to head office about this beacuse no-one else should be treated like this.
She said there was no manager on duty at this hour. People like her is the reason why you need managers on the floor.
What ever happened to customer service?
Rude staff! I ordered flat cheese bread pizza via drive through without a tomato sauce topping which I get from all the TimHortons stores I visit but staff from this location denied my request. She said they can’t accommodate that, is this the customer service you guys provide?

Its not just one time that i had experience this. Had ordered hot beverages through drive thru, they didnt have the larger cup size & once sugar was not even mixed properly. When i sent them email to investigate, they just mentioned restaurant management will be notified. Early mornings not many places are open. Service should be improved.

I have always had an okay experience with this location. However today I really had a bad experience with the lady working there. I told her that she was rude and she is like "I dont
care" Well if you don't care about the job then please don't work in a customer facing role. If you can't really take an order where you have to hardly have to make a 15 second conversation then please work somewhere else

Absolutely junk coffee. This is from the early morning shift. How can you not have your tasks in order?
The owner of this place probably doesn't care much because the location is prime and very few people will read these reviews.

Kuddos to Carmina for fast action on my wrong sandwich wrap & insisting again to try the ice coffee again that is in a good taste before I leave the store.
She is truly a good team leader or supervisor, trying to explain to her trainee the proper getting of the order that she or he needs to repeat the order as to verify if it is to get the right order of the customer.

The employees doesn't make the order according to the standards. And it takes a lot of time for them to pass just on single coffee. Even though there is no one in the drive-thru. And the taste is also not good. I ordered a small Chocolate hazelnut iced capp which comes with the nutella toping. The drink did not have the topping. When I asked for that. They're telling me it doesn't come with the nutella topping. Later they're letting me know that they are running short of nutella. Seriously worstu customer service.

Always so super slow. The workers walk right by you while your waiting to order took them 5 minutes to take my order.. always the same thing every single time.. get new workers here

Absolutely disgusting service. The girl at the drive thru window on September 21 at 7pm was beyond rude and has no customer service skills what so ever.
