I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons, especially at the drive-thru with the crew named Precious. She is always smiling, welcoming, and providing excellent service. Even during late nights, they make the experience pleasant and efficient. This has definitely become my go-to Tim’s branch for late-night coffee. Keep up the amazing work!

I’ve never had a problem with this Tim Hortons. Coffee always tastes good and my sandwiches are hot. I’d like to thank Judy for the exceptional customer service I experience this morning. She is a joy to speak with, she even had my mobile order ready in minutes, I only live across the street so the fact that my order was ready as soon as I arrived. 10/10

I have ordered hot protein lattee and fresh potato wedges for kids. Protein lattee is cold and watery and doesn't taste like coffee at all. Potato wedges also stale and observed less quantity as well before we throw them. This is really disappointing experience.

If you decide to pop in before work between 2:00 and 2:30 p.m., be prepared for the fact that even if there are no customers, your sandwich will take 10-15 minutes to prepare. If you are running late, I recommend just buying coffee.

Went to grab a breakfast sandwich and left hungry and frustrated. Customer in front of me spent 5-6 minutes ordering and re-ordering food to the tune of $37+ after waiting so long the dude paid with a $50 and the sole cashier took off to the back. I turned around and walked out hungry. Won't waste my time coming here as they only have one cash and if people are ordering huge orders like that I don't have time to wait 15 mins for a sandwich.

This location has yet to make an item off their own menu correctly for me. Breakfast and drink were both simple and wrong today. Drive thru is nightmarish (very narrow, no place to wait, backs into traffic.
