This is a small kiosk (takeway only) located inside metro supermarket.
Though it's the most convenient location for me, it's not my preferred location. The service is VERY SLOW on a regular basis. For example, I ordered on the app this morning. The app said my order would be ready at 9:38AM. I stood there waiting until 8:47AM. Not one staff member apologized or acknowledged it. This kind of thing happens on a regular basis.
The staff, generally, are not very friendly with customers. The staff are friendly with each other (cracking jokes and laughing, etc),.

I usually stop at this Tim Hortons, and I believe the manager’s name is Helena. Each time I visit, I ask politely for a little less cream in my iced capp because they’ve been made very creamy lately. This time, when I made my request, she smirked at me in a way that felt dismissive. I asked why she was speaking to me like that, but she just smiled with attitude and walked away, leaving another employee to take my order.
What made the situation worse is that, while the other staff member was preparing my drink, they began speaking to each other in another language. It felt unprofessional and left me uncomfortable, especially since I couldn’t tell if they were talking about me. When working in customer service, communication with customers should always remain clear and professional.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve professionalism at this location!

Manager Helena is awful at customer service, her staff is been rude to a customer and she makes comments about ME been rude, after I’ve explain 2 to her staff that my tim Hortons application was charged 3 times at another location, and please makes sure is not happening again. Then I asked her for the owner’s phone number as she is claiming she is the big boss, she gives me a wrong phone number that is not reachable. Another customer gets involved and she start making comments about me with the other customer. If she is the manager she should have more manners and ethics. She also threat me saying everything is been recorded, please watch your cameras and see the whole thing, as the First Lady that help me out started all of this.
They are giving wrong orders first and then using rude language at their own fault instead of apologizing, zero knowledge of customer service and hospitality, really disappointed by their service. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE

The female staff member (Indian lady) was extremely rude during our visit (June 25 2025). We had placed an advanced order for 2 boxes of Take 12 coffee, but she repeatedly insisted that no such order was made and continued to argue with us. Her behavior was unprofessional and not appropriate for someone in a customer-facing role. I sincerely hope Tim Hortons considers providing her with at least basic customer service training.

I just had an awful experience with the manager at the location she is always rude to me and today I told her not to do that she was screaming in front of customers saying DON Come back here I told her you don't own this store, I think she should treat customers with respect
