This is the slowest tim hortins I've ever gone to. Horrible service. Wnt even acknowledged people are standing at the counter. Horrible

I love coming to this Tim Hortons! The customer service is top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The food is always served hot and fresh, and the donuts are some of the best around—soft, sweet, and incredibly tasty. It’s my go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal!

For 2 medium drinks that I normally pay around 4 bucks, here they charged us 6 dollar something. Apparently the owner decided to charge extra for oat milk lol ? not a single other Tims charged us extra. Not coming here

The coffee here is just brutal. Very inconsistent. Oh well, what can you do? Of course it's half the price of Starbucks, but I would spend double to get a better coffee.

Placed a large order on Uber Eats, half of which did not arrive. Contacted this location and was told by the employee that she had forgotten to give a bag to the Uber driver. After apologizing profusely, she offered to drive the missing items to me, since it was only a short distance. I was so incredibly thankful for her willingness to ensure the customer had a positive experience.A few min later, the employee phoned me back and said her manager told her she was not allowed to deliver the missing items and her manager was insistent that it was the fault of the Uber driver, and we would not be receiving the missing items.Two thumbs up to the wonderful employee who admitted to her mistake and was willing to do whatever it took to make sure I got my entire order. Shame on management for doing the opposite. Clearly the manager does not care about customer satisfaction.

Very convenient location but it's usually short staffed on peak times during the weekend in the summer.
Worst location!!!! They take so long to get your order, very lost staff, terrible, and drive 2 minutes south that they have a better location
