I want to give a big compliment to the Tim Hortons at 3321 Dufferin St. (Esso, near Yorkdale Mall). This branch has become one of my favorites because of the care and attention to detail they consistently show. Unlike other locations where my order can sometimes get overlooked, here they make my coffee exactly the way I need it—2 creams and 2 sweeteners—which is very important for me as a diabetic. That small detail means a lot, and it shows the pride they take in serving their customers right.
Beyond that, the staff are always proactive, friendly, and carry such a positive attitude. You can really feel that they value their customers and want to make sure you leave satisfied. Service like this turns a simple coffee run into a genuinely pleasant experience.
