Terrible since the renovation. We used to go here most nights for coffee for the 6 years. Ever since the renovation, the coffee is terrible, stale and vile tasting. Customer service is now nonexistent, you are force to order at a kiosk, which takes more time than it use to at the counter. The staff even avoid eye contact. The shop got a face-lift, but everything else is now terrible.
So a regular customer there is never going back.

This is, without a doubt, the best Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I am genuinely so thankful to the employee who helped me carry all of my things out to my car this morning. It may seem like a small gesture, but acts of kindness like that make a huge difference in a customer’s day.
Because of that experience, I will always come back to this location—no matter how far I have to drive. This will be the only Tim Hortons I visit from now on.

We always have such a good experience at this location! The staff is super friendly and they actually care about getting your order right. The hospitality and customer service here are honestly top-notch, which makes a huge difference when you're grabbing a quick bite.
Ashad took care of us today and made sure everything was perfect. He was so welcoming and went out of his way to help us. We really appreciate when someone takes pride in their work like that.
We also have to mention the loaded bowls and flatbreads - they're seriously a life saver during the evening when you need something filling and satisfying. It's nice to have real meal options beyond just coffee and donuts, and they're always fresh and delicious. We definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a Tim Hortons that goes above and beyond!

My friend gave a paper with instructions for coffee and cilantro wrap. But, instead of asking which option they want with wrap, they assume and provide chicken wrap instead of veggie one because they assume chicken is best selling for store instead of asking customer what they want.
We are ordering because what we want is matter, not the employee of yours assume and think about what stores best selling options is..
I was not the customer for this order, but I was regular customer of this store. And now, they disappoint me.
So please work on customer service, if possible…
