The staff working the mobile pick up desk needs to be replaced. She has no manners, professionalism or basic human courtesy. She should show more gratitude for her job or find another one.
Edit: Same uncivilized staff. Why can't she include napkins with the mobile orders? The orders are not labelled so how am I to know which is my order? Touch and inspect everybody else's food? More competent staff is needed here.
