I had ordered a small coffee and asked to pour it in a medium cup, the staff insisted to charge based on the cup, this is for the first time “Lokesh” the manager also insisted that’s the way they charge. *** NO EXTRA CUP ***
In my last 13 years of daily purchase this is the first time !

The food is pretty good, although it seems some of the faves are always absent.

The staff are mostly pretty good, but by sheer (bad) luck, I always get the miserable lady. Always :(

If you hearing about Tim Hortons that are abusing the foreign workers wage subsidy while this one Tim Hortons franchise doesn’t. They have Canadians from youth to young and older adults working this restaurant and the service is extremely great, Friendly and I can listen fully understand the staff member taking orders from the restaurant orders. Food is high quality and coffee is perfect. They also really fast too when it comes to orders. I recommend only stopping at Tim Hortons. The best one I would say in Toronto.

I really dislike coming to this location, but it's the closest one to me that has a drive-thru. The workers always claim they can’t hear me, and the customer service is consistently poor. There's a man with glasses who seems to be sarcastic whenever I ask a question, and his attitude comes across as very rude. I also had an issue with my order; I asked for a sausage belt but was given bacon instead. I suspect it was done on purpose by the same sarcastic guy.

We saw Maple Bacon is back, so joined the drive-thru line. Then they said there was no Maple Bacon, and they have no control over the ads. This counts as false advertising, and they BETTER get control over the display.

The customer service is really nice. The servers/cashiers are very nice. The atmosphere is pleasant. Despite all this the manager is rude and greedy. He will threaten to kick you out for eating ‘outside’ food inside their building, and to stay you must buy something from the place(every individual must have one item, sharing does not count). No where else does any other Tim Hortons say this.

This location always seem much slower than other Tims locations, even during quiet hours. Staff often seem unhappy and come off rude. Cold drink cups are always leaking nowadays (though this may be a general Tims problem).

I wish I had read the review before coming here. Employees seems nice, but it doesn't have Wifi and no power plug.It is not a real Tim Hortons.

Whoever is running this place is so cheap. There’s a timer on the washroom that turns off every 30 seconds. There is no Wi-Fi in the location where all other Tim Hortons have Wi-Fi. They hide all the napkins. Charge $.10 for a cup.
