I have been having a pathetic experience specifically from this one location.I have a sensitive throat so I ask to not put any ice in the drink and literally they just fill half the glass of coffee, it is so annoying to realize that we are paying for the ice and not for the coffee.I haven’t had this issue with any other location but just them as if they have some separate set or policies.This is how Canada’s most trusted coffee brand treats it’s customers, WHAT A SHAME!!

When I order coffee from the counter 7 out of 10 times the order is given to me wrong. When I go through the drive-thru 9 out of 10 times the orders right. And it takes twice as long to get a coffee at the counter. They should also do something about controlling the flies.

Even don’t want to give them 1 star. Just visiting there as they have drive threw option but they are unskilled seems like they need training how to make a coffee and always taste of coffee or tea whatever I order at this store is tasteless even some times I go back to return and get another tea but always I cant waste my time to get perfect coffee on second visit. ( they offers hot water instead of coffee or tea )

One of the most pathetic locations in ALL of Canada forsure. Mostly operated by clowns and insecure conformist, there is the odd Karen aswell so if those are your type of crowd you still might enjoy their immature, unfriendly and UNPATRIOTIC service. Kinda stuff that make you wanna hop the counter and throw some punches. These fools go out of their way tryna provoke problems, acting like they can hear what it is your ordering unless you announce it to the entire store so that even the crossgaurd at the streetlight may run over to make your coffee. The place is usually busy and they prioritize the lazy people sitting in their cars at drivethru first and will only use 1 of the what should be 3 or 4 cashier lanes to get foot traffic in store moving. Nasty and judgemental weirdos behind the counter make smirks and laughter amungst themselves making it clear they're speaking about you just to try and get a reaction. Type of people who have got nothing going for themselves and start llooking to create drama out of thin air. I dont think they realize the drama they be inviting might turn up in vandalism or violence. To each their own I suppose.

I have been a patron of this place. I visit everyday and I order quite a few times in a day.Have to agree, the manager is very rude.Plus, the staff always get me the wrong order.

Went during a busy time but service was quick and efficient. Parking lot is oddly designed making it difficult to enter and exit if you go through the drive through or park and go inside. Not the best for accessibility but my coffee was fresh.Parking: Hard to get in and out of the parking lot during busy hours.

This is a review to ask for the manager or supervisor today to check themselves. I witnessed an elderly couple kindly ask to borrow a pen from the cashier, but the person in charge told them; "we don't have any pens at this store"... If you can't lend a pen for whatever reason just say so, don't blantantly lie about it. This person lacked customer service... It's just disappointing

What an attitude! bad service, poor management, no empowerment, all they can say is NO. It is just so wrong here.It wasn’t my fault that you made my order wrong. It was YOUR fault! Tossing blames between their own colleagues. So they made my sandwich again. No apologies and threw my sandwich on the table. Taste was horrible and blend. there is no sauce or any seasoning so I ask for some mayo and they said it doesn’t come with any sauce. So eat it or don’t eat it. What?
