It was a sunday evening and i was feeling low that whole day. I stumbled upon this tim hortons and grabbed a hot chocolate. But I must say it wasn't the drink that helped me lighten my mood, it was the amazing customer service and genuine interaction. The one who was taking orders was namely Akriti, was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive n calm. Honestly at the end of the day i felt amazing n relieved. Recommend this restaurant 10/10.

Went in this location last sunday. The employee name Stella was very nice , sweet and always happy to serve the customer. She always make sure wvery customer got their order right and listen to customer if sometjing is up. She most know wveryone at the store, make the order before u reqch the countwr as she knows most customer order. She is hard working and somwtimes she come in thw lobby to talk to thw customer. I love how she work and she is very firendly in many ways. She so fond in kids. We need more like her

I had a terrible and unacceptable experience at this location. An employee named Stella made a mistake on my order by adding two buns instead of one. When I politely pointed out the error, instead of apologizing, she raised her voice and responded rudely, saying, “Give me a second. I am correcting it.”

Her attitude was aggressive and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I later asked for a coffee sleeve, she ignored me entirely. This behavior demonstrates a clear lack of basic customer service skills and respect.

I am shocked that an employee with such poor communication and attitude is allowed to work in a customer-facing role. This experience reflects extremely poorly on the management and ownership of this location, and highlights a serious need for improved staff training and accountability.

Bad experience there is a no customer service properly

I have placed an order in the store. When picking up my food just being told they don’t give any bags to carry. So, I have to carry my food like that to my place. This is the worst experience and I can see you don’t care about the customers who give negative review about their experience and you don’t even respond . I believe the shift manager is the one who assisted and that is the worst leadership in the store.
