When I was ordering two ice caps to pay the by cash, the cashier(young lady)changed me game coin. This is not one dollar. It was very tricky. Felt so bad.

Do not recommend this place, especially if you are a nurse, doctor or whoever needs to get a Coffe before a night shift. On the SITE it says THEY CLOSED AT 11pm, but whenever I get there 10:30-10:45pm before a long night shift, everything is put away, the lights are off, and the workers are clearly hiding at the back. You as a fast food chain should not be closing 30 minutes before you actually close time, this is becoming very frustrating, and an inconvenience to a lot of people, especially spreading clearly false info.

I ordered cold brew without anything. The worker told me after 2 minutes that my cold brew is ready. I saw that it was light brown so it must contain milk and I didn't order it that way. He told me this is what you ordered. It also had sugar when I tasted it. I got angry and I left.

Food and service is like any other Tims. But the panhandling has gotten worse over time. Today there was someone hanging out at the pick up area inside asking people to buy a 25 dollar gift card.

Today, while waiting in line, I was impressed by a girl named Shamim. She handled every customer with incredible patience and a welcoming attitude, creating a positive atmosphere. Even when a customer struggled with their English, she communicated with kindness and made sure they felt understood and valued. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out.

They have an unpleasant attitude, it's as if they were forced to come to work. They have no customer service. Sometimes they deliver the product reluctantly and forget to charge the fee. The worst thing they want is for you to come, buy and leave without further ado.
