4696 Yonge Street. This is the worst Tim Hortons store of all time. First of all, the cashiers do not properly understand English. Every time we go there, they ruin our order. The other day, I went there, and they got it all wrong multiple times. Today was worse. I ordered two of the same bagel, one with lettuce and tomato one without lettuce and tomato. That was it. They gave me a sandwich. It was someone's birthday and they like Tim Hortons bagels, so I had to stand there and argue to get this bagel. This woman at the store was angry, so when I asked to redo my order and get me a bagel instead of a sandwich I didn't order, they got me a horrible almost dry bagel without everything I asked, it only had bacon and mayo and she threw it in the bag saying "there, here is your bagel!". Talk about bad customer service. The customer is getting an attitude for simply wanting to eat what they ordered and paid for. They also never give you your receipt unless you beg for it. It must be because every time they get the order wrong, they try to blame it on you, and you have no proof. So I had to go home with this beautiful bagel in the picture. I have to add I have worked with Tim Hortons in the marketing sector, when I was associated with a third party agency doing promotions, and I guarantee this behavior is not aligned with the core values of this brand. Highly disappointed. Thank you Tim Hortons, for ruining this person's birthday morning bagel.
