Today, while waiting in line, I was impressed by a girl named Shamim. She handled every customer with incredible patience and a welcoming attitude, creating a positive atmosphere. Even when a customer struggled with their English, she communicated with kindness and made sure they felt understood and valued. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out.
Located at Yonge/401, it's a busy location, but the staff takes time to smile and say good morning. Friendly, fast service, hot coffee and good grilled cheese sandwiches (+ donuts).
One of the best Tim Hortons branches.The personnel work hard and are always polite and helpful.This branch starts at 5 AM every day, so it's great for an early morning person like me!
