Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. After eating the chicken from this Tim Hortons, I ended up with food poisoning. A few hours later, I experienced strong stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting. This is not something that should ever happen from a well-known food chain.
Clearly, the chicken was not fresh or was improperly handled. Food safety should be a basic standard, and in this case, it was completely ignored. I lost an entire day feeling sick because of this.
This was extremely frustrating and concerning. I will not be returning to this location, and I recommend others to be cautious, especially when ordering chicken. Management needs to take food quality and hygiene much more seriously.

three o'clock in the afternoon, a line of 6 people, and one person working in the cafe… 10 minutes of waiting… I ordered tea and a pastry with garlic, and what do you think, the pastry was not warmed up, when I asked to warm it up, I did not hear a single apology, and in the end they threw my, thank God, warmed up pastry on the table, like throwing a stick to a dog!.. Please, teach your employees proper service, you are a Canadian brand, please meet Canadian service standards. Thank you!
