very bad experience！I ordered extra large steeped tea through APP, I saw two employees checking 5 times for same order after waiting 7 minutes in restaurant. I told one of them I was waiting for steeped tea, he gave me a cup of unfilled steeped tea. I told him that’s not full, but he didn’t take any action. I felt very embarrassing!

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. After eating the chicken from this Tim Hortons, I ended up with food poisoning. A few hours later, I experienced strong stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting. This is not something that should ever happen from a well-known food chain.
Clearly, the chicken was not fresh or was improperly handled. Food safety should be a basic standard, and in this case, it was completely ignored. I lost an entire day feeling sick because of this.
This was extremely frustrating and concerning. I will not be returning to this location, and I recommend others to be cautious, especially when ordering chicken. Management needs to take food quality and hygiene much more seriously.
