I honestly can’t believe what I experienced at this location. They put a full metal grating inside the store to block off part of the area, and they shut down the washroom five hours before closing , at 7:00 PM 😮. It felt completely wrong and honestly embarrassing for a place in Canada. I walked in expecting normal service and instead felt like I was stepping into a restricted zone.

There’s no reason customers should feel this stressed or unwelcome just for trying to use basic facilities. It’s disappointing and totally unprofessional. I hope someone actually pays attention and fixes this, because this is not how a well-known Canadian chain should treat people.

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨The Indian woman inside, whom I assume is the manager, is very aggressive and speaks rudely. She keeps shouting; I think she has some problems, and she's projecting them onto the customers. I think she needs to improve herself and learn how to speak to people in public.🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

I visit this place 3–4 times a week and always have a good experience with the crew. But today there was a new girl named Shina (sorry if I spelled it wrong). She said she is a manager, but honestly she doesn’t seem ready for a management role. She was very rude and arrogant with me, and I saw her behave the same way with the customer next to me.
I don’t know about others, but I want to mention this so the brand can maintain its standards. I request the higher management to take appropriate action and help her understand what good customer service looks like and how to speak with customers respectfully.

The food here is good, but the work culture needs serious improvement. During my visit at around 8:10 am Nov 20, I repeatedly heard staff calling an employee “Naman,” and the girl in the red Tim Hortons jacket spoke to him in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Even if the rush is acute and overwhelming, basic civic sense, manners, etiquette, and professionalism should always be maintained.

Reprimanding someone loudly in front of customers is unacceptable and creates a toxic, negative atmosphere. Management should take strict action to ensure everyone is respectful toward each other, as mutual respect is the basic necessity in any workplace.
