10/10 service . Me and my sister last minute forgot to get gift cards so we raced over to get food and the gift cards. There was a gentlemen on cash . (Sorry for wrong spelling) irhon? (Starts with an I) he was a young looking gentlemen who was sooo busy on cash yet was so quick to help me, and his colleagues along the way. He jumped on bagel bar and would get items for colleagues without showing any attitude, even when customers were being rude he was very kind and professional....

From the time I got to the door it was jam packed. The surrounding area outside this Tim Hortons is gross. So many people hanging around. The business staff was polite and worked fast. They made my order correctly and I was happy with the overall service. I wouldn’t visit this location often as they don’t have a drive through and I don’t like the area… but in any rare case that I’m in the plaza again, I might stop by.
