This Tim Hortons is the worst. I don’t understand how this is possible but i asked for an medium iced cap and instead they gave me a small hot chocolate instead and when i told them that this is not what i wanted they were so rude to me about it and still didn’t even give me what I wanted so I had to pay the exact price of the medium iced cap even tho I didn’t get what I wanted. Wish I could give a zero to this horrible place, worst experience, I do not recommend, i’d rather die then go here ever again!

Terrible service. Staff is hardly there hiding in the back or somewhere else. Usually one person working, so sort of understandable. Gone there a few times but I tend to avoid it as there is another one at same shop centre. Probably worst part is the baked goods are stored in display case where they turned cold and stale because that area is by the cold section inside Metro. No cover at all so sometimes I see bugs ie flies but not so often.
