I have been a frequent customer to tim hortons for one year now, all of a sudden i’m marked as an annoying customer.Wanna know what i did? I offered the employee a candy cane. He told my friend behind me that I was annoying. Don’t go here.

This place is ridiculous and I'm making a dinesafe report as well.Not only have they put egg on my son's sandwich when I tell them he's allergic and NO EGG, but they also leave hair and then rush you out of the drive through. Basically throwing the debit machine at you.Go to the has station down on other side of 404. Competent workers who care about making their customers morning stress free.

I asked for a medium DR black, and the lady gave me a small coffee. I checked the receipt online and for sure I paid the price for a medium. I asked the lady politely and she just ignored me.

This is one of the most horrible locations ever! First the employees for the most part are some of the most ill mannered workers ever. They have zero customer service skills, never greet you, consistently make mistakes with orders, allow teenagers to loiter around (some are vaping openly inside) and they argue with customers about their own orders. They refuse to fill up a cup, often filling it halfway. The workers they employ in management and supervisory positions also have a do nothing I dont care attitude about any problem.

Absolutely horrible , every time I come here the staff is either rude or absent minded , I just went there and had to return twice, I have a fractured leg and their lack of attention made me late for my client , and caused me physical pain since I had to walk back multiple times. I ordered a sandwich and received an empty bagel with nothing jnside, my coffee was made incorrectly, and they neglected to give me the hockey cards I paid for. Every single staff member needs to be retrained on how to listen and pay attention. If you want efficient service, or your order done correctly, or staff to be kind to you, never go here!!

Understaffed and no grill. Placed an online order for 2 craves Les but when I went to pick it up 20 minutes later I was told they didn't have a grill so not sure why their system allows them to take that order. Asked for refund but the only staff on duty did not have access to process a refund. Then my alternative order was put in the back of the queue ahead of someone who in the process of ordering a large order in person and I had to wait another 15 minutes. This was the 2nd time I have had a problem here so will avoid henceforth

Hands down the BEST Tim Hortons in Toronto. They have Never failed at making coffee or bagels. Coffee always tasted the same! Never burnt, or bitter, or not enough sugar or whatever other places have provided. Consistency is key ppl! The bagels are ALWAYS Fresh!!! No matter what time of day, they are always fresh. Can't stress this enough. I am so thankful for this location! You guys are fantastic, keep it up! You rock
