As students, our time is very important. However, every time I try to grab a coffee here, it takes more than 15 minutes, which is not acceptable. Even though this place was newly built for this semester, students still have to wait a long time. Please take action to resolve this issue.

Worst experience ever i ordered vanilla ice cap and it was just filled with ice only as well as there was short staff and have to wait at least 20 minutes for my coffee. Even the taste of the coffee was not good. It was at the 1st floor.

I am student at Seneca I went to take small coffee at Tim’s in A building and I just asked the lady to stir my coffee well just because always the sugar resides at the bottom SOMETIMES and she said we always stir when we put sugar. And I just said kindly stir it well for me please and she raises her brows and says SOMETIMES and makes us feel like we asked her something huge. What kind of customer service is this. She just spoiled my day. If you don’t want to work then just say that sorry I don’t want to work why spoiling people mood by giving unnecessary reactions. And this has not happened once. I went near 1 pm on this day and I want the management to please check on this. Coz this is not what we are paying for. We are paying for good coffee please deliver us that we don’t need your reactions and attitude.

I am a student at Seneca college. I visted this Tim Hortons on 27 May 2025 just to take 1 small coffee which took me 20 mins as there was a big line up. The staff was way too slow, just laughing behind the counter not working. The management should step in and do something about the staff, hear some fast people. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT A JOKE.

Was denied water when asked for it and was told that they “don’t have water”, don’t understand how they don’t have water if they’re making drinks constantly. Arrogant and rude.

This is a Tim’s at school its main purpose is to be quick. At Seneca school building B 1st floor is really slow. Building A 3rd floor is fast

The location in A building really doesn’t want to make bagels 30 mins before they close. I asked for a bagel and they lied to me saying they don’t have any bagels..they are in the glass case. Then they say the toaster doesn’t work I say that that’s fine I don’t need it toasted just with cream cheese. Then they say no cream cheese available. If you don’t want to serve food 30 mins before close hide the food that’s on display so you don’t look like liars. I come to campus hoping I can enjoy food while I study but this location doesn’t provide that service. I pay tuition to Seneca so that I can’t buy food when it’s convenient instead I have to travel between buildings to get food. Do better.

This Tim Hortons is located inside Seneca college in the cafeteria at the base floor. There was a long line (as expected in a busy college cafeteria).
Parking: There is free temporary parking which is great.
It takes me 25 minutes just to order an ice cap
