The location in A building really doesn’t want to make bagels 30 mins before they close. I asked for a bagel and they lied to me saying they don’t have any bagels..they are in the glass case. Then they say the toaster doesn’t work I say that that’s fine I don’t need it toasted just with cream cheese. Then they say no cream cheese available. If you don’t want to serve food 30 mins before close hide the food that’s on display so you don’t look like liars. I come to campus hoping I can enjoy food while I study but this location doesn’t provide that service. I pay tuition to Seneca so that I can’t buy food when it’s convenient instead I have to travel between buildings to get food. Do better.
This Tim Hortons is located inside Seneca college in the cafeteria at the base floor. There was a long line (as expected in a busy college cafeteria).
Parking: There is free temporary parking which is great.

The lady on the cash side who’s name start with Ruth….. was very rude. She don't even know how to interact with guest.she need to learn some manner first.

Got a yuzu quencher and it tasted more of sparkling water than blackberry. Also the muffins are disappointing.

When I went to order, the staff was extremely rude and kept making faces. When I placed orders for drinks, they refused, claiming they didn't have enough ingredients. Throughout the ordering process, the staff was constantly on their phones and making faces, which left me very disappointed with their behavior.

Worst experience every very rude customer service the guy's there talk so bad can't believe seneca is so unprofessional that they allow such service inside thier building very bad would suggest going somewhere else then that.

Worst experience ever!
Rahul Arya Is the person’s name. He abused me and said he will not serve me just because it was 4.52 pm and they were closing at 5pm. At the front of the crowd he insulted me & abused me. I was polite. I took his name and giving you this feedback. This is ridiculous on your end. People are lining up for interviews & person like this spoiling things. No sign of customer service. He was so rude. Strict action should be taken.

The staff is ridiculously bad. They dont know how to make anything. They all should be fire they have old aunties who do not know how to talk to customers. Seneca College should kick them
