This might be the worst Timmies location I’ve ever visited. They prioritize only Drive Thru and my order took close to 40 minutes. I had to get the attention of 2 different employees, and only after 30 minutes of waiting, they processed my order. There were another 2 customers who were waiting about 25-30 minutes with me. The only other time I visited, I had a similar experience. I think I am officially done with this location. There are 8+ employees and I’ve seen locations with 2 employees more efficient. Be extra careful about the other reviews. Anyone who has visited other locations can tell you that this might be the worst Timmies in at least a 50-100km radius.

This location is the worst location, I have ever been to in my life. The staff (with the exception of 2 people) are TERRIBLE. They have no one at the front cash registers, you have to wait up to 5 minutes before someone acknowledges you and takes your order. There is a TON of staff working drive thru and no front counter staff. They get upset when you ask them for a sleeve for your beverage (it is not offered either), they get upset when you have a big order and they are always rude to customers!! I told a staff member, thank you TWICE and she didn't respond back with a You're Welcome and I know she heard me because she pointed to me while her back was turned, and speaking about me to another staff member. Homeless people are allowed to come in and sleep on tables. I am tired of coming to this place and feeling angry everytime I leave. That's not the way to start your day. If I were you, Stay far away from this location. There is a location 1 minute away located at the Parkway Mall near McDonalds at Ellesmere and Victoria Park, much cleaner, no homeless people going in and out, and staff are MUCH more friendly.

I am officially done going to tim hortons. Absolutely every time we order 2 teas with milk . We get them and they are wrong. Also try to help staff in drive thru and tell them the head set is not working and i get attitude from the staff. I am now 100% a mcdonalds customer now.

Went to pick up my dad there; and the store was pretty cozy.
I go to this Tims on the weekend and EVERY TIME I go when Navneet and Shruti are working, they get my order correct and present themself as two professional individuals who are pleasent to chat with. I know they are hard working individuals because I usually only see them working and no other staff. I am impressed with their level of service.

Always a great experience at this Tom Hortons, employees are friendly especially Sohaila who’s always hard working and one of the nicest people there. My orders are always done perfectly especially my Ice caps and the atmosphere is really chill. I come here all the time and will continue to in the future.
