Really solid Tim Hortons. The space is clean and comfortable, with enough room to sit and enjoy your coffee without feeling cramped. Staff are polite and keep things running smoothly, and orders come out fresh and consistent. Coffee and food taste just as they should, making this a dependable spot whenever you’re in the area.

I visited Tim Hortons today, and I was really impressed! The customer service was top-notch—everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made my experience even better. The store was spotless, and I could tell they take cleanliness seriously. I grabbed a freshly brewed coffee and a delicious breakfast sandwich, both of which were perfect. The pastries looked amazing, and I had a chocolate chip muffin that was warm and soft. It's great to see such consistent quality and friendly service. Highly recommend this location for anyone craving a quick bite and great coffee!

A very bad experience at this café. The skinny, brunette lady is terrible at serving. She made me wait until she arranged all the bread before giving me a double espresso and an Apple Fritter. I don't recommend it.

Tim hortons is really my go to fast food restaurant because they have just about anything! As much as I come here is as much as I see Pran. She is very patient and understanding and I could not have asked for any better service. 10/10

I have visited many Tim hortons location asking for Brown sugar iced latte with less ice but nobody exactly got what i want --but today I went to this location in the afternoon and Navneet took my order and luckily she made my order exactly how i wanted ..and i really like the taste and services and atmost she is very polite..

We have consistently had terrible experiences at this Tim Hortons location, both dine-in and drive-thru. Many of the staff members come across as rude and disrespectful, and this has happened on multiple occasions—not just once. It feels like poor service and attitude have become a standard at this location.

Today was another unpleasant visit. We asked for a sandwich with no bacon, but the staff member taking the order was very rude. Instead of simply listening to our request, she raised her voice over the speaker in a loud and disrespectful manner, which made the experience even worse. I know the staff member’s name but will not share it here. Still, customers deserve kindness and respect, not rudeness.

This kind of service not only drives customers away but also damages Tim Hortons’ reputation. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them.
