Most of the time, the service is good. Last time, however, the scan and pay were not working. I couldn't collect points or use the app to pay. Mist Tim's location never ever offers napkins with food. I always have to ask for this. Otherwise, the food and coffee are always good.
Usually come to this place omw to work when there's no lineup. Food is a hit or miss. But today I got a honey cruller and got this. You guys actually see a donut looking like this and think it's okay to serve? The bottom half looks like it's melted and is barely edible like it's burnt or something.

Vegetarian options: For the vegeterians, this is the best place as they used to wash their hands and change their hand gloves before making the vegeterian dishes and keep clean the food station before making. So it is good for health and taste as well. I really recommend to all the vegeterian folks to visit this tim hortons.
