Hi, I wanted to share some feedback. The store seems short-staffed, with only two employees handling orders while others aren’t actively helping, which is causing long wait times in the drive-thru.
Jessica and Jasmeen did a great job despite the situation. I’d appreciate it if staffing could be improved to ensure smoother service.

I go to this Tims on the weekend and EVERY TIME I go when Navneet and Shruti are working, they get my order correct and present themself as two professional individuals who are pleasent to chat with. I know they are hard working individuals because I usually only see them working and no other staff. I am impressed with their level of service.
